Seaside Resort Unit 603

The location and the ocean view were amazing. The unit is spacious although the photos online made it look a little bit bigger than it actually was. Comfy cute furnishings. Mattresses and pillows were soft and comfortable. We did not use the sleeper sofa. I did also see a pack and play in one of the bedrooms. That would be nice if you had a little one. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas in the laundry area. The kitchen and the bathrooms could use updating as well as cleaning. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub was kept clean. It was nice having televisions in each room. You could get free DVD rentals from the office. They did offer a Continental breakfast on the sixth floor that was basic and unimpressive.

The location and property are beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing due to multiple issues.
First, retrieving the keys was extremely inconvenient. Guests have to drive about 20 minutes away to a completely different location, which was exhausting after a long trip. I never spoke with Robert directly—only with another contact whose limited call hours made communication difficult.
Cleanliness and amenities were also a concern. The middle bathroom shower never had hot water, one bathroom had no toilet paper stocked on arrival, and most concerning, I noticed black mold in the kitchen and bathrooms. This raised real health worries, especially when staying with family.
It’s a shame because the property itself is lovely, but the management, cleanliness, and basic upkeep did not meet expectations. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests, as the current setup made the stay more stressful than it should have been.

Great location, all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway right on the beach!!! Plenty of good food all around and even shopping….::PGA superstore was excellent stop for the boys. Effortless booking, checking and checkout process.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The abundant ocean view windows alone make this place worth the price. Could use additional cookware for groups that desire to prepare all their meals in the condo.
We'll book this location next year if it's available.

This place was the perfect size and location for my family of 7! Beware the parking garage! It was probably the worst parking garage I've ever been in. Other than that we had an amazing stay. We would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay in North Myrtle over the 4th of July weekend! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The place was incredibly well-stocked with everything you’d need for a long weekend, which made it feel like a home away from home.
The view was absolutely stunning—especially during the fireworks on the 4th! It was the perfect spot to celebrate. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was ideal for our family of seven. Everyone had plenty of space, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.
Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Check in was very challenging - please be advised host communicates via text and email instead of through air bnb app. Check in email was never sent sms while I had communicated with the host via the air bnb app multiple times in the 2 days prior to check in all that was stated is I would receive a text with an access code. I never received a text with a code and had to call the office after the check in time of 4:00. It was THEN I was told the code was for a lock box 20 mins away (30 mins with traffic) to pick up key cards. I was unable to access the unit until almost 6:00 pm. I was also told I could have 3 parking passes which also not accurate. My brother had to park at a local Walmart since there are no other overnight parking options nearby.otherwise unit was perfect, view was beautiful , pools and beach access was very convenient especially with elderly parents and young kids.

We’re sorry to hear that the check-in process was frustrating. We do want to clarify that we emailed the detailed check-in instructions, including the lockbox location, three days prior to your arrival as per our usual process. This email goes out to all guests once they confirm their booking and acknowledge that they will receive it via email.
Regarding parking, the unit includes two passes by default, and we do our best to accommodate requests for extras when possible — though availability is limited depending on the time of the year. We're sorry for the inconvenience your brother experienced.
