Photos need updating because the furniture is way better and new than what is advertised in photos. Comfy, blue leather recliners and couches. View was great, and home was clean. Only problem was there wasn’t an ice maker. But they have ordered that since our stay. Personally would stay again!

Property was true to listing and much nicer than the older properties I have stayed in down in Myrtle Beach. Appliances were modern and worked great. Shower in master bedroom was spacious and full of pressure. I hope to return next year.

We stayed for a week during the hurricane unfortunately but the property was so nice and spacious that we didn’t even mind staying in a few days and watching the rain from the beautiful balcony!

Had a great 4th of July weekend stay! Great for a relaxing vacation. Loved there was a full bathroom for each bedroom. The in-room washer and dryer convenience is top tier. Location was awesome because it wasn't located in the busy areas, it is in the middle. You could see hundreds of crowded umbrellas and visitors to the far right and far left but not in our area. The pools were never crowded because it is a condo, not a hotel. 100% recommend and would book again for future vacations (:

Our stay at this property was beyond amazing. From the start of me booking our stay there to checking in, the service was superb. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely stunning the views of the ocean was amazing, the comfort and safety of the property made us felt at home. All the amenities in your own home is within this property. The condo was beautiful and exactly as the listing. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The view of the ocean and the sunrise were amazing. The reason for the low rating on cleanliness was due to floors not being cleaned BUT they sent housekeeping right away and the vacuum cleaner was broken so they sent one and she mopped and wasn’t an issue after that. We extended the stay due to great time spent here.

Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Check in was very easy. I was given the checkin policies a couple days in advance. Only two things that could be better. The entrance from the street was not clearly marked and i wished there were restrooms near the pool area. Everything else was a 10. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

The pictures and the description was accurate, right on the beach! The location was perfect, not to close or to far from the boardwalk and easy access to surrounding attractions. Six adults and plenty of room. The kitchen is small and is only comfortable with two people max, but it has everything you need. I would rent again.

It is a great unit in a very nice neighborhood on North Ocean Blvd. It is quiet but only minutes from malls, shows, restaurants, parks, theaters and anything you enjoy doing outdoors. The property and the unit are well maintained. We were entertained almost daily by the dolphins very close to shore.

There can't be any carpet, there has to have at least 1 King size bed, it has to be ocean front and have everything in the kitchen to cook home cooked meals. It was a beautifully designed condo right on the beach and was exactly what our family needed! With room for teenagers to spread out and have their own space and parents the same when needed! This was one of the best rentals we've had at Southwind. Very spacious and well kept. Hope to rent next summer. Only issues was the remnant in the dining room needed to be tacked down. one of the corners was raised. The entry light in master bedroom was out. Great location. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. There were six adults and the condo was just the right size for us. It had all the amenities you could want as far as equipment in the condo. We were not able to make the TV's work, but that forced us to play cards, which was a much better choice of activity. The ocean view was fabulous and we enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony listening to the waves crash. The lazy river was fun. The pools were a little cool for my taste, but others didn't have a problem. We also enjoyed one of the 3 whirlpools on the grounds. The grounds were well maintained and there was barely any other guests. We felt we timed it just right, after Labor Day. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us and thanks to the property management company for their prompt response to a question I had. Overall it was a great experience and we would all do it again in a heartbeat.
