Unit was exactly as described, clean, very comfortable. I did have an issue where something broke (things break, no big deal), and even on a Saturday afternoon they had someone up to fix it within an hour or two. I would happily book this place again

Everything was amazing! Watching the sun rise and set was breathtaking. Parking was hassle free. This location was beyond peaceful, no loud music, no Marijuana smell, no questionable men hanging around outside of the building. I felt safe coming and going. Inside the condo was top tier. The beds felt like clouds, soft and comfortable. Master bathroom is luxurious. Bring bubble bath! The washer and dryer was a bonus when traveling with boys. I had no problem with Doordash deliveries. Robert was super fast and polite when responding. The trash shute is just a few steps from the condo door, so you don't have to worry about being accosted at anytime. Bring your favorite coffee k cups or ground coffee. There's also a crock pot! Walmart is less than 5 minutes away and many more stores to your liking. I will definitely book again with Robert. We are counting down to our next vacation stay. Thank you so much Robert everything was wonderful.

My favorite air B&B so far! The view was spectacular and the condo was the perfect size for my family of 6. The info about the starter kit was great info to have. I knew exactly what I needed to get from the store for the week. Neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe. The owner was very responsive and the maintenance team was polite, friendly, and fast. Although there was not an immediate need, maintenance came quickly to tighten the globe on the ceiling fan. The furnishings were as pictured and the king size bed slept great. Perfect place to celebrate my 10th anniversary!

Great location, beautiful view and great pool area! Condo was clean and they provided plenty of towels for use. Since we were dealing with a rough ocean due to a hurricane, having the pool area helped keep the vacation enjoyable. We all particularly enjoyed the lazy river! Only issue is the washer cycle seemed very long and the dryer often took multiple cycles to dry - especially if doing beach towels. Other than that, highly recommend!

Quick spring break stay before soccer tournament in town over the weekend. Nice, clean place! Our only suggestion is that a new shower curtain be purchased that you aren’t stepping on with the potential to fall.

Amazing view! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It had everything we needed for a month-long stay. We loved being able to walk on the beach every day.

Really liked our stay in this condo. The teens liked being able to walk directly to the beach and explore, or just head to the pool if they didn't want to be on the sand. I spent a lot of time in the hot tub to relax. Kitchen is well stocked. We could comfortably sit on the couches and watch TV or play games. Bedrooms were very adequate for everyone. Location is close to grocery stores and several things to do, and avoids some of the bustle of being too near the boardwalk. This place was just perfect for us.

Property was well maintained and very comfortable for a family of 6. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Would be nice for 2 additional chairs to be included with the dining table so 2 people don’t have to use the bar stools. Also would be nice to be able to use the fitness room, but may be for owners use only. Overall we had a nice stay at this property.

Our family (two adults, two teens) just checked out of this beautiful condo after spending the Thanksgiving week there. The unit was exactly as described in the listing and, in many ways, exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fully equipped - even for making Thanksgiving dinner. The unit is easily accessed via convenient second floor parking, and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. The only issue we had was was that the beds (all four of them) are uncomfortable- almost like sleeping on box springs. That certainly didn’t ruin our trip, but we all had the same reaction. Beyond that, it is an absolutely spectacular unit, with views to die for. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

This was a beautiful condo. Exactly as described. The view was stunning. The pools were so accessible for a mobility-limited guest and little ones. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The elevator made unloading and loading so easy. And proximity to the ocean can’t be beat! The only additional amenity that would be nice would be beach chairs and an umbrella. They are costly to rent and in August really a must have if spending the day at the beach. Overall it was a wonderful rental.

My two children and I absolutely fell in love with this condo. I have stayed in many condos, yet tgis particular condo stole my heart. Between cleanliness, space, location and the view, we couldn't have chosen a better fit! I honestly cannot think of anything that my children and i disliked. This unit was exactly as advertised and very clean. 3 bedroom unit was spacious and well furnished. Liked that building occupants were mix of owners and family vacationers. This made it a more relaxing environment and not as busy or noisy like similar places we've stayed in the past that were mostly all vacationers. Convenient location that's about midway between downtown Myrtle/Broadway at the Beach and North Mytle (Barefoot Landing). Easy access to everything!

We stayed for a week. It’s a lovely unit with good amenities. Unit is well-equipped but Bring beach chairs, beach towels and toilet paper. Most units are owner-occupied so it’s not run like a hotel. There is no lobby and no check-in desk. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.
