place and view is gorgeous. we had couple of issues with one of the bathrooms and the main door but they were fixed right away. one more bathroom would be great, our party of 9 had to wait in line LOL . Condo is very spacious so im sure they can add one more lol. whoever is in charge will respond to you very quick.
condo is steps away from elevator and trash chute. easy and fast check in process from my phone, ( sent and email and they sent me a passcode for the door). my kids loved the pools and the private access to the beach, a lot to do very close to the condo. i do recommend this place.

What I can say is it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rental team was responsive. The balcony furniture (different than pictured) was really nice and there was plenty of it. Beach access is super easy. ONLY negative in regards to the unit was the master shower had no hot water. I reached out to the rental team and notified them and am certain it's been addressed. Also, wish there was some type of restaurant/bar onsite but there is one within walking distance.

The place was nice and what I expected the only problem was the guest bathroom toilet flushing correctly. The maintenance was on it as soon as mentioned, but problem could not be fully resolved as it was due to plumbing structure and being on a high level, according to maintenance. Otherwise, I appreciated the level of communication and effort

Our family stayed at this location for Christmas and it was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed being able to swim in the indoor pool and enjoy the jacuzzi. We liked having the keypad for entry and the designated parking area for guests. There are also lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping locations nearby. PLEASE make sure to watch the sunrise at least once if staying in this unit because it was amazing!

Everything was clean and just as described. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths to last all week. Everything worked (tvs, appliances,etc. ) The only things we missed were a broom and a can opener. There is a vacuum available but it does not pick up well on the hard floors. There was a broken chair and table on the balcony, but it didn't interfere with our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and was pleased with our choice on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to the unit, the vacation rental was very clean. The living room area was very cozy and comfortable. The dining room table had ample seating for our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children).The beds were very firm and took some time to get used to them. The bedding was comfortable. There were even extra blankets.We had trouble with both the washer and dryer. After calling about the issues, they promptly resolved the issues and sent mechanics to work on the appliances. The washer ended up needing replaced and they did that quickly.The kitchen sink will need a new stopper, since it wouldn't completely seal the dish water in the sink. But it was manageable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking pans and pots. It was so convenient to have those items readily available. We were able to cook breakfast daily in the unit. The master bathroom ceiling appeared to have previously dealt with a leak from the unit above it. There was still a hole/cracks from the water damage. There were also water stains on the bathroom ceiling. This wasn't a major issue with us though, but could be for some people. The balcony view was lovely. Since we were on the 10th floor, we had a nice, vast view of the ocean. We also enjoyed that the master bedroom had access to the balcony. The pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were also very clean. The indoor heated pool was nice for the cool, breezy evenings. Our whole party enjoyed our stay at this rental unit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Southwind. This unit was fully stocked and was roomy and comfortable. We had trouble getting TVs to work and were not able to use the TV in 2 of the bedrooms but that was likely user error. The location of this condo is close to everything. Wonderful location

We rented this property to enjoy a family girls trip to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint was the lighting in the condo. 1/2 of the lights didn't work. We looked for light bulbs to replace the lights but didn't find any. Also would be nice to have more then 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen garbage.

Everyone had to wear face masks in the elevators, guests were respectful about wearing the masks and not getting into the elevators with anyone outside of their family. The condo was clean and we felt perfectly safe there. It was another great vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo and resort! We have stayed at many condos but this is our favorite! We hate dealing with parking garages but here it’s only 2 levels and guest park on the second level. So easy to get in and out! The elevators are super fast so you aren’t waiting forever to get to your condo. The condo itself is clean and very big. Plenty of room for large families. The balcony is very large and is real ocean front. The beach is quiet and the area is quiet. There is a playground right on the beach which is public access. The grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back! So impressed with this property!!

This location is just minutes away from nearly all of the family attractions that we had planned to visit on our vacation. Beach access was very convenient. We enjoyed the beach umbrella and beach chairs that were provided. The property description was accurate, the property was clean and well-maintained. We had excellent customer service. We ran into one minor plumbing issue in the master bath during our stay, but it was addressed immediately! We enjoyed the Sky Wheel, Ripley's Attractions, The Hollywood House of Wax, and several fantastic eateries (Pirates Voyage, Mad Myrtles, Margaritaville, Sharkey's, Hard Rock Cafe) that were just minutes from our condo. We also enjoyed access to the pools and hot tubs, which we had virtually to ourselves for the duration of our stay. We would definitely consider this location for future vacations and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family-friendly location for vacations!

We had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The balcony was very large and could seat all of us. The facility was quiet and not overcrowded. Our kids loved swimming in the lazy river and pools. The walk to the beach was short and the beach area was not crowded. We will definitely return to this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental in a quiet part of the beach. This was our first time staying this far north and it was a great experience. The unit had just been cleaned when we arrived and carpets were still a little damp the first day. Two of the bedrooms were huge and the master bedroom has a great view of the sunrise in the morning. Nicely appointed kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit, large master bath with an equally large shower. The building is beautiful and the building was constantly being cleaned. Nice pool with plenty of seating too. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the door lock. We could not get our door to lock during our stay but felt safe enough leaving it unlocked. It could have been user error but each time we would go out, we'd come back and the door would be unlocked. At first, we blamed our kids but then my husband and I had the same problem. That was really the only negative thing I can say about our say.
