Very nice condo, it was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only downside was that on a very windy day, there seemed to be a significant air leak around the front door, causing the wind to howl inside. Placing a towel at the bottom of the door helped reduce the noise.

My family had a great stay at this condo. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved being within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having the umbrella, beach chairs, boards and sand toys to use on the beach. When flying we obviously can’t bring it with us so we appreciated the condo having it all there for us to use. The location to everything we wanted to see was great. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Myrtle Beach.

Everything about the property and our room was exactly what we were hoping for and wanted. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. The only thing that could be improved about the property is the pool area could use a nearby restroom….especially with having children. The room we stayed in though was perfect.

Unfortunately our guests had to bring their own. This was embarrassing. Also our 85 year old mother stayed in the primary bedroom but found showering difficult because there were no grab bars in the shower. You may also want to upgrade the toilets to the higher seat which would be easier to use for older and taller guests. We loved having coffee on the balcony each morning and the weather was fantastic!

Traveling to Myrtle Beach with my husband, mom and two sisters for my sons wedding, so lots of input when it came to picking a place to stay! Both of my sisters only request was that it was clean as in really 10 star clean! But we also needed enough room - the beach view was a bonus but was on our dream list. Such a great place! Plenty of room, did not feel on top of each other, great location (I am a frequent visitor to MB as most of my children and grandchildren live there - so know location is not always what you are wanting) but this was ideal and surrounded by beautiful properties. We were 3 minutes from the wedding venue and not far from North Myrtle and Barefoot landing - the prenuptial location. Beautiful view of the ocean - bonus of view (and sound) of the ocean from the master suite! And yes - so very clean!! Can't say enough - it was perfect! Thank you:)

The condominium was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and clean. We loved everything especially the balcony! The indoor pool and hot tub were not open, but we still had a great time. We did not have any issues at all! Hopefully, in the future , we will visit again!

This unit is a 10/10 . Clean , well provisioned and decorated, and in a great location. We would definitely return . We were a bit disappointed that none of the pools or the lazy river were heated while we were there. . We did spend time in the hot tubs and the ocean though .

Great balcony with a great view. The property is awesome with all the pools and hot tubs available to those staying here. The property management company is incredibly easy to deal with and as accommodating as they could possibly be. The location is perfect -- central to so many activities yet in a quiet "neighborhood." And the real proof of our delight with this rental is again, that we keep reserving the same unit every year now since 2021.

My family and I stayed here and we had an amazing time and beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony . Unit was described as pictured , clean and easy to check in and checkout . Close to restaurant, attractions , shopping and more. Love how unit was right on the beach and easy to get to for my in laws who didnt have to walk far . Will definitely come and stay again

We had a great time staying in Myrtle Beach. Tons of space for our family, beautiful beach views, and good location. Needed to drive to just about anywhere, but quiet area and the beaches were not crowded. Only complaint would be that the beds were not comfortable to sleep on, but it is a vacation rental so we understand. The lobby also leaves a lot to be desired, but the condo itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured.

This location was an amazing choice for our family with a great view! Most places we’ve stayed one kid always had to sleep on the couch! This time they got their own room with their own bathroom!! Short walk to the beach. Also had a nice pool area with a lazy river!! Good location!! Not right in the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to where all the festivities are!!

The condo was remarkably clean, with plenty of room for our group of six and all of our belongings. There were no issues whatsoever, and never any reasons to contact the owner/staff. It was the first time we'd stayed as high as the 10th floor, and we were pleasantly surprised by the short elevator waits/rides. We stay at South Wind for the quality and cleanliness of the resort, wonderful beachfront and pools, and proximity to great restaurants. We would absolutely stay in Unit 1006 again, and recommend it to others.

The staff at luxury rental politely called and explained the situation. They offered another unit in the same building.After reading the description of unit 1006 and looking at photos I decided to continue with my long weekend. The staff respectfully offered to refund the entire rental amount if the accomodations were not to my satisfaction. Once at Southwind the room and location was more than I expected. I definitely will consider using Luxury rental and Southwind in the future.

We were pleased from the drive into the parking lot to the fantastic view from the balcony. The condo is large with lots of separation between bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. Maintenance was needed once and the response time was short. The only negative was the sparse furnishing of the living area, which is shown in photos, so we were aware before arriving. We would have been more comfortable with more upholstered chairs to replace the wooden rocker. Otherwise, it was a perfect month! We look forward to next year.

It was a great location and the property overall was in excellent condition. The dishwasher did not work but in less than 24 hours the owner had it repaired. A couple of suggestions for the owner: replace the worn furniture on the balcony. At the price point of this property I would expect it to be in good condition. Two chairs the fabric was falling apart.

The condo was exactly as described - the condo was awesome (Perfect). Would defiantly go there again. The really only issue we had was that we had set my son's buggy board outside the room to dry before we brought in condo and they were taken. Also the whole time we were there the pool was never cleaned - so that was a little disappointing (lots of sand and paper in the pool).

The unit was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and well maintained, the location was perfect. It was a short drive to restaurants and the boardwalk, but far enough away to avoid the congestion and commercialized aspect of Myrtle Beach in an area of high end homes. The beach was clean and not at all crowded. The condo was large and airy. The property itself was also well maintained, parking was easy and the elevators were efficient, rarely a wait even with being on the 10th floor. If we were to return to Myrtle Beach we would definitely book this unit again.

This is our first VRBO experience and I was a bit nervous since there were no reviews on this unit. However, we were very happy with our stay! I am extremely picky with the rooms we stay in and this was exceptionally clean and decorated tastefully beachy/elegant. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items.
