We loved the condo. It was very clean, comfortable beds and spacious. The washer and dryer were a bit dated, but not an issue. The microwave light was not functioning, but a nightlight in the kitchen sufficed. The hot tubs were not that great, and the "indoor" hot tub and pools were not enclosed at the time of our visit. Overall we loved the cleanliness, comfort and of course the view. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very nice! There was a problem with the air conditioner but we were able to figure it out. The management service was very easy to work with and we let the technician know what we found. The only odd thing: there was a new sectional sofa that was really nice but another couch was there too. The extra couch took up the extra space in the dining area.

Met my brother, niece and sister for a great vacation. The condo was close to a huge variety of restaurants and things to do. The pool area was great and we certainly enjoyed the hot tubs and indoor pools as the weather was cooler.

I was very impressed by Luxury Beach Rentals. Me and my family stayed at this resort. It was a 3 bedroom condo, that accommodated at least 7 people. We had a party of 5. On the first night we had an issue with the AC unit. It did not work and the temperature in the unit was 73 degrees. When I notified the company they immediately had an HVAC come check it. Apparently the compressor went and it would take a few days to fix. They offered us a corner 5 bedroom condo on the property that was beyond gorgeous at no extra charge. Very grateful to them for this. Not many places will do that. I highly recommend this rental company to anyone seeking a vacation in Myrtle Beach! Thank you again!

The condo was great! We all had a relaxing time and loved the location and what was offered at the property. We would go back again. There were 6 of us and all adults with plenty of room. We did not cook while there but it could be done.

We enjoyed our week at South Winds Excellent location for us but the indoor pool cannot be considered an indoor pool as it is not enclosed and not heated we were disappointed as a note there are no small spoons or oven mitts used a towel other than that it was great thanks again

We really enjoyed our stay at Southwind! The property/grounds are lovely, the indoor and outdoor pools and the lazy river were fantastic. It was great to have beach supplies (chairs etc) available to use. Our unit was bright, clean and spacious. We loved that we were only a short drive from the Grand Strand, but that the property is nice and quiet. Easy access to *everything* - minigolf, shopping, restaurants, groceries. Highly recommend staying here - we hope to escape another Canadian winter here next year.

Great stay at the South Winds Resort. The units are very comfortable. No bells or whistles with this listing, bring everything you need, especially toilet paper, not supplied. The description of what's included is posted and correct, read and prepare. I would stay here again, but prepare accordingly.

This place is absolutely stunning. It was so comfortable! Everything from the beds, the pillows, to the couch! The View is absolutely beautiful, and it actually had a balcony that accommodated more than two people, and was comfortable to sit on for hours.

This was a last minute booking due to Hurricane Ian changing out plans. The condo was clean and updated. It had a great views of the beach and easy access. It’s also close to the store and Broadway at the Beach which made exploring easy! Would definitely stay here again.

The check in was easy and everything was communicated clearly. Quick response on questions and concerns. The property was immaculate however the room was very smudged and smeared. It looked like the surfaces were wiped for sure because there were smears from a rag on every surface. We ended up having to wipe down all surfaces because couldnt tell if it was water or smeared crud. The decor was cute and updated as was the flooring. Again, we have zero complaints with the property or the accommodations just the cleaning crew. Our dryer even went our during our stay and they gave us another one to use! Thank you Luxury Beach rentals! A note to renters, there are no beach toys or accessories so be sure to pack toys, chairs, umbrella, coolers etc. Beach was so clean!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for my family. Two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom made for easy relaxation for grown sons. Great views from the balcony and the location was perfect to get to all of Myrtle Beach. The property managers were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely consider for future stays.

I wanted to give my family and experience that they have never experienced before, beachfront view!! This exceeded that. Everything about the place was exactly to a T of description. As soon as you walked in you could smell the cleanliness of the place. Normally by the end of vacation we are all ready to go home into our own beds well needless to say we woke up the day we had to leave and did not want to go! Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

Our visit to this property was awesome! The weather was beautiful and the property was perfect. The pools were clean and the access to the beach was convenient. Everything we needed was in the kitchen so we were able to cook a few meals at the condo to allow us more beach time.

We rented side-by-side condos at Southwind, from Luxury Beach Rentals. The condos were exactly as represented -- roomy, clean, well laid out, and directly on the beach. The grandkids also loved the swimming pools, while the parents enjoyed the hot tubs. The balconies were a meeting place for morning coffee as well. The location is also great for access to the many attractions in the area.
