We are 3 senior couples that enjoy traveling together. This condo is perfect for us. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has ample seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need. We are already looking forward to next year.

Location is perfect. Some minor cosmetic needs made the unit not look as clean as it was (scuffed up wall, for example). Comfortable beds, quiet during night time hours. My main complaint is that the outside hot tub was constantly filled with bugs, the pool had a constant film at the left side and the inside hot tub jets sprayed water so high and strong that it was impossibe to sit in it with jets on and people let their kids splash and play in the lazy river to the point that you couldn't relax and float without getting splashed or running into a child. Those things only minimally hindered our vacation.

We are three retired couples that like to vacation together. This condo was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we wanted. The living room seated all of us as did the dining room table for cards each night. The dishwasher did not work. Maintenance did come look at it and decided it needed a new motor so we didn't have that for the week. However, that was really no big deal. We hand washed the dishes. The unit was perfect. The weather was great. Golf was so-so but everything can't be perfect. The guys still had fun. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely spacious unit. Clean and all the amenities you need. Couple of maintenance issues (bedroom drawer malfunction and coffee maker quit on us) but both were dealt with very promptly after call to the hosts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family made our first trip to Myrtle Beach and found this condo on VRBO. We read the reviews, reviewed the property and photos and booked a solid week. We were not disappointed. The check in process was all electronic with easy to follow instructions. The interior of the condo was clean and comfortable. The location to beach was fantastic, it was only about 10 min to go down the elevator and walk to the beach. In fact, it was easy for us to go up and down to the beach at will. Three bedrooms each with three fulls baths makes this really good for large families. Is there room for improvement? Sure, nothing is totally perfect. The interior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the faucet in the kitchen was a bit sensitive to dripping, and the sliding door from the master bedroom to the balcony was stuck closed (the main door to the balcony from the family room worked just fine). None of these were issues that had a significant impact on the enjoyment of the stay. They were minor issues that could be worked around no problem. The property manager can be reach via text or phone and are responsive in following up. Overall, this is a great find for a 3 bedroom condo on the beach. We are saving this location to our favorites and would definitely book it again.

Our stay met our expectations. Location was great, beach was not crowded and Walmart was close. Condo is larger than it appears in pictures. Replacing the carpet with tile or laminate flooring would be great.

Location/view were perfect! Rental office was responsive to text messages/calls. Condo complex was nice but the condo unit itself could use some updates (kitchen, tile/carpet and furniture). All 5 beds squeak when getting on them or when you roll over. The kitchen was a hot mess...read the reviews stating no frying pans. Still no frying pans, brought some just in case. Comfortable for 6 adults for a week stay. Unit was very clean.

We do kitchen inventories 2 times a year and then ask guests to let us know when they are in the condo to let us. know if they need anything. We will inspect the beds as well. This was a wonderful condo in a great location! Loved our stay and hope to return again. The layout of the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. BIG screen TV was a big hit for those not going out everyday to the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location. Description and pictures were correct. Very spacious, family loved having 3 bathrooms. Although we didn't use them, there were several board games, books, and a 2000 piece puzzle in the condo. Ocean views were amazing. Using a keypad for self check in was great-no keycards to keep up with. Condo had basic things to get you started, but there are several stores nearby. The kitchen was well stocked. There are only two parking levels, the 2nd level for guests and the bottom level for owners, but we never had an issue finding a place to park. Loved having a parking deck connected to the building. Washer and dryer were great to have. Host had quick responses to any questions I had. Closet space in master was huge. Can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back.

We had a great vacation! The condo was in a convenient location and the beach wasn’t crowded at all, which was super nice. The pools were clean and we enjoyed the lazy river, but the indoor pool was no longer enclosed and not heated. So we didn’t use it as it was too cold. They may be replacing the glass enclosure, but had not communicated about it so I am not sure. The condo/rooms were clean and well kept. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the mattresses. They are extremely loud. So if you sleep with anyone who tosses and turns or gets up at night, plan on getting up with them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer! Thank you for allowing us to visit!

Highly recommend this property! Beautiful view, quiet beach, and great pools. Plenty of space inside the condo for the family to spread out and relax. Nice inside pool and hot tub. For those traveling in December, there are 2 hot tubs outside to enjoy. Property was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do while in Myrtle Beach. You don’t have to go outside on the balcony to enjoy the view. You can enjoy it right from the living room couch.

The kids loved the lazy pool. The beach wasn’t too crowded. The only downside of the condo was that there weren’t many elevators so on the first day you had to wait a while since everyone was moving in at the same time.

Prime location! Everything matched the photos or better. Was the perfect layout for my family everyone had more than enough space with 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. The balcony was great for watching the sunrise or resting from a long day at the beach/pool. In terms of location in Myrtle this spot wasn’t crowded and was away from the major tourist areas. Was still close by to all of the great restaurants and activities.

The condo was clean with a large balcony and many beds with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable reclining sofas next to the sound of the ocean was a treat for us. Easy check in instructions in a clean well maintained building with good communication with the manager. The location is a few miles from downtown which was nice to be a bit away. There isn’t many walkable restaurants nearby so a car or Lyft will be needed. Easy parking in and out of the ramp attached to the building was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo when staying at Myrtle beach.

This property is amazing. Very spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and everything seemed new. Comfortable furniture and nice amenities. This unit has the most inviting master suite. The pools looked like fun, but unfortunately were not open while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.
