My family and I loved the Airbnb the moment we stepped in, great space for a big family and all the rooms were big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The living and dining room were a good size as well for all of us to hang out in together. The patio was amazing with lots of space and an amazing view of the beach. Robert responded to all my questions and concerns so I definitely recommend 10/10 and will be coming back one day as well!

What a wonderful place for a vacation! Our group of six adults and two small children loved the condo. Upon our arrival, the condo was clean and ready for our enjoyment. We enjoyed sitting on the wrap-around balcony giving us beautiful views of the ocean day and night and with plenty of space for the children to play. The beach area was clean, easily accessible and not crowded. Our group also enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We relied on the description and pictures on the listing and were delighted with the condo being even better than expected. Hopefully we can return someday!

This is a lovely spacious unit that was perfect for my wife and I and three kids with girlfriends. The 12th floor view is exceptional and I already miss the sound the waves. Located close enough to the main attractions but far enough away to be quiet. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic beachfront condo! It was perfect for our family of seven—with four roomy bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The huge balcony quickly became our favorite spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, meals together, or a relaxing drink at sunset.
The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were a big hit with everyone, and being right on the beach was amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the ocean and were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs available for us to use!
The condo is in a quiet location but still super close to great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we’d definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to Myrtle Beach!

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was so spacious! Everything was up to date and looked well taken care of. In the past we have stayed at (many) other places that have looked nice online but sadly in person they were shockingly disappointing once we arrived. This condo was the opposite! We expected a nice place but WOW! It was so clean!!!! We just loved it! The showers were awesome, the washer/dryer was fantastic, the fridge was huge, the stove and ovens were really nice to cook on! The Balcony was exceptional! Only issue is that it was very cold (in the low 30’s) while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. We will have to book the condo again when it’s warmer. The sunrise was incredible to watch from the living room. We just opened the curtains, made some coffee, sat on the huge sofa and watched the sun rise over the ocean. Guest upstairs were a bit noisy at night but we bought ear plugs after the 1st night and that helped.

I’d definitely want to come back and get this unit again! Customer service was very detailed and clear on arrival and departure dates. And the location was perfect! No more than 15 mins from everything!! The only issue we had was the tissue paper quality but other than that, this place is A-1!

Place worked great perfect for my family with 10 people. Great big balcony with lots of room for us to hang out and watch the sun rise over the water. Only issues is the water and ice did not work on fridge. We had to buy a brita filter and go out often for bags of ice. We called it in but no on ever came. Great fast elevators!

We have stayed at another location for years but have way outgrown it. That's when a plan was made to make a change. We found this place online it looked amazing and was accommodating to our needs. It was beautiful. The only negative thing I could say is the floor was dirty, my grandson's tops of his feet and knees got black but several scrubbings and we were good. Wonderful location staff was all pleasant and everyone was very friendly. We plan to return

We were a group of 4 couples, it was a great stay! Very comfortable and roomy. Beautiful view!! We loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while listening to the ocean. The sunrise was outstanding!! We were Close to everything. Will definitely rent again! Our only suggestions would be to have a couple more comfy chairs for the sitting area, with 8 people, some had to sit in the dinning room chairs. Maybe a few more Wine glasses and coffee cups. Would definitely give this place a 4+

We had an awesome vacation at this property. Again, the one complaint we had was that the window and sliding door shades in just about every room either were missing fins or poorly operational. We reported this immediately upon check-in. While the staff did reply that they had maintenance look at it, nothing was repaired during our 8 day stay.

We stayed at a beautiful condo right on the beach. The best location ever. Very easy check in and departure. We would certainly stay there again. Myrtle beach is a beautiful place to stay. One suggestion would be all new drapes and not vertical blinds. Does not hold up very well but it did not change the beauty of the place.

My family (All 10 of us) just stayed in this delightful condo for a week. The condo is roomy and beautifully decorated and when we walked in it was so CLEAN!! Not a speck of dirt or dust in the whole place. Even items in the kitchen drawer were neatly placed. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of nice pillows, blankets and towels. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a large meal and plenty of dishes. There is even a large supply of dishes for small children. The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well. We loved the huge balcony! It wrapped around the corner of the building and had a table and plenty of chairs. The condo building itself is well maintained and clean. There are several pools to choose from and a couple of large hot tubs. The condo is situated close to all of the action of Myrtle Beach and just a smidge outside of the crowds and noise. There are lots of activities within walking distance or a short drive. The people at Luxury Beach Rentals are very nice and quick to answer any emails or phone calls. The only small issue we had had to do with parking. One call to Lauren at Luxury Beach Rentals and it was taken care of immediately. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. We had such a good time. If we ever come back, we would love to stay in this condo. It is perfect!

The sofa, though very nice looking, was uncomfortable to sit in unless you put a pillow behind your back. Also, it took a while to figure out how to use the remote for the TV. Would have been nice to have instructions for the TV. Suggest the unit have a booklet with recommendations for places to eat and entertainment in the area. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.
