Condo fully met our needs As advertised & pictured. Very accessible unit, close to elevator. Master bedroom slider was very difficult to open. Even after calling maintenance.

Amazing view of the beach!! Me & my family had a great time & would definitely stay again. The room is very nice, quiet & relaxing. Everything was clean, pillows & blankets were surprisingly comfortable, the walk in showers are great. The pools & beach are easy to access. Great stay overall & would highly recommend!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The indoor pool was nice, since the outside air temperatures were a little cool, but the children still enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river. Right on the beach and our 12th floor views were spectacular. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy check in and check out.

We really enjoyed the space and had plenty of room for the entire family. The condo was clean and ready when we first entered. We loved the view and the outdoor pools were fun. The indoor pool was closed most of the week which was a bummer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My first impression was not good. We walked in and the cover for the kitchen light was laying on the counter and the door for the laundry was off and leaning against the washer. Also, a lot of the smoke alarms were missing. However, we called and maintenance came and put up the light. The next day they brought smoke alarms and installed them. After those items were fixed we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The location is great and the condo was large enough for my family. We are planning on coming back next summer. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Reviewer Comments: It was very seamless checkin and out procedure - beautiful condo with incredible view of the ocean - the kitchen was well stocked - my only inconvenience was the lack of basic amenities - (dish towels - toilet paper - no tissues - dishwasher liquid - garbage bags) - it would have been nice to not have to worry about purchasing those items - other than that - great rental experience !

It is a great location, close to North Myrtle Beach, in Myrtle Beach but not in the middle of the downtown and Broadway area.The property is clean, great ocean views, and good furnishings in the condo.The booking and check-in process is convenient. Our stay was positively awesome!! We were very fortunate to have great weather, in the month of February, to be able to walk the beach and sit on the balcony! Our location was terrific as it was very accommodating for all events and restaurants from which we wanted to participate. Will definitely use this condo again and recommend it to anyone vacationing in Myrtle Beach!

Perfect accommodation for our group of family and friends. The shared spaces at South Wind are a bit tired but this condo was in good shape! Communication was clear once it arrived (had to request twice). Everything was as stated in contract. Had minor housekeeping issues.

This condo did not disappoint. The moment we opened the door we were in heaven. Beautifully decorated, immaculate and the view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom to escape to at the end of our busy days. Already booked for next year because we loved the condo that much!!!!

the condo was beautiful and it had lots of items that most rentals don't, dish soap, dish washer soap and washer soap. There were several dish dish towels and rags. the view from the 12th floor was awesome! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We were very pleased and i would love to come again next year! The condo was great, there was plenty of room for the five of us. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. The only problem we ran into was that there is no bathrooms down by pool.

The location was convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach but was in the residential section so not as much traffic to and from the condominium. I will definitely book this unit in the future.

We had a very relaxing vacation. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the condo was. It looked like the bathrooms had recently been remodeled and the flooring replaced throughout. We loved the direct ocean views too.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The condo is exactly as advertised - Updated, clean and spacious. The building is not huge so the beach and pool are not overcrowded. The location is excellent. Working with the property management team was easy. They were very responsive when we had a slight issue with the dish washer. Overall 5-stars

The view from the balcony was perfect for sunrises and enjoying the ocean sounds. The unit was the right size for our group of eight. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The design of the building, the various pools, and the beach access were ideal. It was nice not to have to carry a key. Three user-experience recommendations for the building - (1) Add bathrooms on the pool level. (2) Add a pool-deck bar for drinks and lunch. (3) It's really difficult to park on the guest level when the lot is nearly full. It's not possible to turn around.

Unit was comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Property amenities were great, pools and hot tubs were clean. Place wasn’t too crowded and the private beach was beautiful. Great central location, quiet but close to all the major attractions. Excellent vacation spot, can’t wait to return!
