Amazing location and overall great experience. Vacuum was broke so hard to tidy up and would have liked to have broom and dust pan and toilet cleaner to keep things nice.

This home is beautiful and the view of the ocean from the living room is breathtaking!!! The house is very clean and has lots of dishes for serving a family. The host responds very quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property for a family Spring break vacation. The condo was roomy, clean and a newly renovated master bath, The beach is beautiful and great for walking. This was 1 of 2 condos rented. Main reason was location and heated indoor pool. The week before Easter with many schools closed, they scheduled pool maintenance and it was closed. Kids were let down. This sleeps 10, and they gave us 4 forks and 2 teaspoons. Other than those hiccups this is a great place.

This vacation rental was a great place. Great location with easy access. Beautiful, private balcony. Management was extremely easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Great location, top floor corner unit with massive wrap around balcony with tons of seating options, HUGE 4 bedroom condo - plenty of space for everyone, and was pretty clean. My only complaint...needs a K-cup machine for morning coffee! Highly recommend this unit.

The condo is very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and just super nice. The wrap around balcony is an extra perk with plenty of seating. The price for this one is a bit expensive but it is "Luxury". I would highly recommend this unit.

Everything was amazing. Check-in was so easy. The cleaniness, the location, and the room was wonderful. The ocean view is beautiful. We had plenty of space for a party of 6. The location is fairly close to all attractions. Our family visit Myrtle Beach quite often and this property easily became our favorite place to stay at MB. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful and spacious. Great view of the water. Nice to have several pool options, both indoor and outdoor pools and a lazy River! Place is right on the beach. It was a nice bonus that the house has a closet with boogie boards and beach chairs. Umbrella rental is $30 per day and $10 per chair. There is a service on the beach. Having 3 full sized bathrooms was very nice. We were within an easy drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. I have a family of 6. My mother in law stayed with us and one of daughter’s friends. We had plenty of room. It’s a perfect rental for a family vacation to N Myrtle Beach.

Overall condo was awesome! Gorgeous view! Love the balcony! Small things that didn’t really affect our stay but should be addressed: Fix towel bar and TP holder in master bath. Refrigerator leaks from bottom kept rug wet all week. Beds in 2 queen room the mattresses should be replaced I was told they are very uncomfortable. Thank you!

Everything was as described.Condo building, common areas and grounds are all well maintained and clean. The rental agency ( Luxury Beach Rentals) was easy to work with and accommodating. We were even able to check in an hour early. Had the pleasure of interacting with Carson both on the phone and by email. He could not have been nicer. He was professional, answered all questions and was overall very warm and welcoming. Very happy with the entire process. Looking forward to returning in 2024.

It was perfect for our family, and the view from the balcony was amazing , none of us wanted to leave ! We had so much fun enjoying everything there was to do in Myrtle Beach plus the food And drinks on the pier was awesome !

We selected this property based on the accomodations, the proximity to the beach and local entertainment, and the photos.Our expectations were exceeded. The condo has a HUGE porch that we spent a lot of time on. The facility was clean, safe and offered something for everyone. We could be to one of the properties three pools or the beach in minutes. I would definitely recommend this property to larger groups and families!

Southwind 1401 was very nice. It was the end of March and the weather was too cold for me. I was not able to go to the beach but I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view and sound of the ocean on the wrap around balcony. The indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus. Parking was easy and the property was in decent shape. Everything was just as it was described. We had plenty of room.

Nice quiet community and a very spacious condo with many beds. It would be helpful to have beach towels on site as those traveling from out of state don’t have space to pack that. This was a perfect stay for a 70th bday girls trip! The condo was exactly as shown, very nice, clean, enough utensils and the wrap around porch was perfect to watch the sunrise each morning. We had two minor issues that were resolved immediately, mgmt answered emails and calls right away. We had no issues getting in, arrival was a very smooth process. All of the rooms were nice & the beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for our group of 7, no one complained about anything. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Myrtle Beach. Location was perfect and the view was amazing!!

This has the best views from the top floor balcony of the ocean. I ended up sleeping out on the balcony in very comfortable outdoor furniture. Highly recommended.

The unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed having the beach chairs to use so we didn't have to rent them. Cleanliness of the unit could have used some improvement, coffee grinds were left in the coffee maker from the previous guest and a few other minor defects. The only other inconvenience is not have a restroom down by the pool, you have to go back to your unit to use the restroom. Overall we had a great time and the weather was perfect. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we look forward to returning soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spectacular unit. Plenty of room for our whole crew. My favorite part was the wrap around balcony. Only complaint was the lobby was closed for our entire stay and there were no restrooms on the pool level. Small inconvenience for an otherwise fabulous week. Looking forward to visiting again.

This condo was perfect for our family. We hadn’t been to MB in years, and took a chance booking this place not knowing much about the building, condo, or the location. This was everything we could have wanted. The condo was spacious for all of us and accommodated us all perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things you need. The beach access was great, and the beach was never crowded. The pools on the property were great! I couldn’t get my 1 year old out of the lazy River! The condo is placed in a quiet area but it is located near just about everything you need and everything you would want to do. This is def a place we will be booking again! I highly recommend this condo for your family vacation. Being on the 14th floor allowed for some great views in the morning and at night right on the beach overlooking the ocean!
