Three families stayed for a local cheer competition. The distance was perfect to the convention center. Location was close to everything, but also remote enough to enjoy the beach. The property was clean and had the necessary needs.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The place was exactly as described on the Airbnb site. There was plenty of space, it was clean, neat and peaceful. We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner while visiting. The kitchen was stocked surprisingly well. The young adults and kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The weather was a little cold during our stay which made that a plus! Only downfall in reference to the oceanfront is that the Palmetto trees interfere with your view from the 2nd floor.

The location was very easy to find, and I truly enjoyed every moment with my family. The décor was beautiful and created such a warm, home-like atmosphere. Very responsive host. Great location. Awesome pool, lazy river and quick access to beach. My kids loved this place. Food options are in driving distance.
If anything the air conditioning was a bit spotty in the bedrooms (the living room was ok). Expect sand particles everywhere

10 members of the family came to help drop our daughter off at CCU. Stayed four nights and had a great time. Location is convenient to all attractions, the layout easily accommodated all of us. Condo was clean and well kept. The access to the beach was a one minute walk. Would book again.

A few things: The primary bed is on a metal frame and squeaks whenever someone rolls over. Also, the main living areas are COLD, and the bedrooms get warm if the doors are closed. So pack/prepare. The trees have grown in, so the view of the ocean is pretty limited. You really can't see the beach—more of the horizon water line.The area is a little less busy than other parts of the MB, yet it is still close to all the happenings. That was a super plus

Wonderful place to stay for an off-season getaway. The condo was extremely confortable for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And the views from the condo balcony were spectacular. Plenty to do for the kids.. walks along the beach, indoor pool swimming, and plenty of touristy attractions (that were still open in the winter).

We had 7 people total including 2 young children and our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and everyone felt comfortable. The beach was only a short, easy walk from the condo and the pools at the complex were perfect for a break from the sun and for our kids (they loved the lazy river pool and kiddy pool). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend and return again!

Our entire group was really happy with our selection. The location was great, the beach was great, the condo was perfect for the 9 of us. It was clean, spacious and modern. Our suggestion would be to get more knives. Not enough for everyone that you are renting to...was buttering my toast with a spoon. Seems minor (and it was) but inconvenient. Also, the condo provides limited supplies (ie. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire week, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dish clothes - we’ve left the ones we bought behind, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and washer detergent). Again, it wasn’t a huge deal as we visited the local grocery store and stocked up. The condo is located on the second floor so the view to the ocean is limited. I would give this condo a 5 star rating and would definitely return. It was a fantastic experience overall and we were highly impressed.

The condo was perfect. The large balcony was wonderful with the great weather we had; the evenings were spent outdoors. Loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We are frequent visitors to the myrtle beach area (2-3 times a year for the last 22 years) and really appreciated the location away from the crowds. We usually stay and play down between 20th and 26th N. Ocean Blvd. Had no problem getting a spot on the beach every day.

It is beautiful, roomy, and clean (which was my biggest must have) If i had to make suggestions, the showers can use updating and I wish the hallways and deck area were not carpeted but the unit itself was perfect. The view, although somewhat blocked by the trees was still beautiful. The patio furniture is "cushion free" so was super clean as well. It was so nice having a view of the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids while we were in the unit. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved it, we loved it. Don't think twice.

The emailing were very user friendly & information was easy to find within the email. The unit was very clean & updated. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable. I really don’t have any complaints about the unit itself. The balcony had plenty of seating. We were able to see the outdoor pools easily from the balcony. However the ocean view was extremely limited due to trees & overgrown shrubbery at the property. Overall I would recommend this unit & stay here again!!
