This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the large oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room a queen bed and the third room offers two queen beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

This condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities onsite include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Summer vaca

The place, area and facilities were everything we needed and more. We were close to everything but it still felt very private which was wonderful

Clean, modern and directly on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented another lovely unit in the building last year and knew the location (north of the busy Strand, in a quieter, more family friendly stretch), directly on the beach is ideal. The apartment is spacious (3 bedrooms, each with its own spacious private bathroom), modern and super clean. Bedding and towels were all high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and super convenient. The kids love the lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, and the public areas are all clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back!

A spot for everyone.

The property was as promised. We stayed through a tropical storm but were still comfortable in spite of what was going on outside! The maintenance folks were always around and the other guests were super pleasant.

Not a good experience

We rented a newly remodeled condo. 1 week after booking with VRBO someone emailed and said that unit was not available and we could have another unit that is just as nice for the same price. The unit they switched us to was not clean and very outdated. We will not be using this company for vaction bookings again.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect!
The kitchen could use some more convenience stock of useful gadgets and cookware! We are use to well stocked Airbnbs though. They need a broom for sweeping up sand and for keeping the floors clean.
The condo over all is very spacious and the layout works wonderfully for privacy of all guest. Will differently visit again! Thanks for hosting us.

Family Vacation 2023

Pictures and description of this unit were very accurate. View of the Ocean is amazing. Definitely a clean, well maintained unit. Unit was equipped with plenty of linens, cookware, starter supplies. More than enough space for our family. Pool, hot tubes and access to the ocean was clean and well maintained. Pool and beach areas were never crowded. Always space opened by the pool. Never a wait for an elevator. Only area of complaint would be the parking. Very tight for larger vehicles or trucks. There were often times when a truck or SUV would be parked in a "compact car" spot, which made it a little difficult to maneuver your way in and out of the parking area, but we managed to make it work. Overall and excellent choice!! Our family will definitely be back.
