We enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. The beach view was beautiful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t cook, so I can’t say if it had everything to make cooking easy. Easy drive to everything. Having parking very close to the room made it easier for the grandparents. We hope to visit again.

The room was clean and spacious with all of the amenities. The only double edged sword was the floor level...amazing because it was only one short flight of stairs if we didn’t want to wait on the elevator to get to our car but also while the view was breathtaking, the tree tops were just a bit in the way as opposed to any floor above the third. Overall a wonderful condo that I would highly recommend and LBR was communicative and responsive whenever needed (which wasn’t often because this unit had all that we needed).

My spouse and I chose this location for our 50th Anniversary. Several family members joined us. The accommodations certainly met our expectations. We found several items that needed minor repairs. Once we contacted the property manager, everything was promptly taken care of. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. We loved the location and access to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The hallway right outside our door was covered with debris. The carpeting on the balcony needed vacuumed. We took care of that. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very dirty. I cleaned that. The knob to turn on the shower in the hall bathroom was completely broken. No shower in there. They are little items, but for the price, they should have been taken care of.

Amazing condo for a bigger group, plenty of space and all the amenities. Great pools and just steps to the beach in a little more residential area if you're looking to find a quieter spot, but still less than 10 min to all the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Our large family enjoyed this home with amazing beach views. We loved opening the large plantation shutters and letting the sunrise stream into the home. Coffee just tastes better while listening to the waves on a balcony that overlooks the beach.

Only thing is the directions first take you to N myrtle beach… so at 9pm we were trying to find the correct hotel… which took a good minute. No communication after business hours as a booking company runs this listing. All in all satisfied!

We had a family visit with our mother-in-law which is terminal with pancreatic cancer. This was an amazing home where we could all gather for this last time. It was fully stocked and felt like we were home. Besides one broken chair and a couple blind slats, it was in absolute perfect condition. The management response was super fast and they took care of anything that we needed addressed. We would definitely stay again.

When I walked into the building to get onto the elevator I was definitely nervous and skeptical because it just needs some updating and cleaning, but the pool area and actually condo unit was great and didn’t match the halls and elevator so that was good!

This is a corner apartment on the 3rd floor. The view is spectacular. The complex has an indoor pool, an outdoor pull, 2 hot tubs, and a "lazy river" which doesn't allow you to be too lazy as you have to push yourself. It's not a resort-type place but it's great for families and we had an amazing time. The apartment itself is very spacious and has almost everything you might need. It does require a little TLC as there is some mold in the showers and a few things don't work as they should. We did call management a couple of times and they said they will send someone down, but no one came. Overal it was a great stay and we all had an amazing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It worked perfectly for our family of 7...3 adult children, son-in-law, and 1 year old grandson. Everyone had their own space (and bathroom)! We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We always have enough room and the views from the balcony are awesome!We only had 2 issues. The residents above us smoked on their balcony constantly which meant we were exposed to cigarette smoke every time we opened the doors to the balcony. We were under the impression that the entire property was smoke free. And the loveseat in the den had been sprayed with some type of air freshener and the smell was very overwhelming. No one could sit on it because the smell was so bad. Neither of these will keep us from renting in the future, but we did want you to be made aware of the issues.

This was a great condo that is well maintained and was exactly as pictured. Beautiful spot on the beach as well. I did leave messages a couple of times with the property manager for non-emergency questions, but never heard back from anyone. Also there is not actually an indoor pool. It looks like it was enclosed before, but all of the panels of glass have been removed so it is open air and the water in that pool did not seem to be heated. These things didn’t hamper our visit and we still enjoyed our stay!

Pictures of the condo were spot on and exactly as shown. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The weather was not great but the kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor pools and hot tubs got loads of use as well. Not crowded at all during this time of year. Close to stores and activities but not right by the main “drag” so not crowded or crazy at all. Condo kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our only complaint was the washing machine. Even after trying various settings we still didn’t get a single small load washed in under two hours. Other than that we loved this condo, the smaller complex size and can’t wait to rent it again!!

The end bedroom with the beds and bath was perfect for our teenagers because it was just like having their own suite. They had a tv and a door to close off their area. The unit is just as nice in person as it shows online. We had everything we needed during our 3-day stay. The views are gorgeous. Since it was chilly, we did not get to use the pools, but it is a nice area. The only thing that posed a problem was the early 10:00 am checkout. However, when we called the rental office and asked for an extra hour, the agent happily granted our request. It made a huge difference for us and we appreciated the accommodation. We'd love to come back, but maybe when its a little warmer!

Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. South Wind 301 was a perfect location near the parking lot for loading and unloading. We could use the stairs instead of fighting for the elevator. Loved our stay.

We had no trouble during our visit so the maintenance staff was never needed. Great location, on the beach, and several pools and hot tubs to enjoy. We were close to attractions and shopping. We hope to return next year!

We were all pleased by the property, the view, and the accomodations. South Wind 301 is a nice condo! We cooked several nights in the condo and they had everything needed already there. Our only issue was the parking passes. We asked the management to give us one more parking pass and they said they would drop it off the next day and we never received it. No worries, the vehicle did not get towed. We are planning on visiting again in September and using Luxury Beach Rentals as our go to rental company.

It had every upgrade and was decorated beautifully. I was excited to see the all the recently added laminate wood flooring that wasn't shown in the pictures--so pretty! The pools on-site were great. The favorite was the lazy river. There were even tubes provided so it was great to just lounge there for awhile. The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful as well--it definitely extended the amount of time we spent on the beach! Last but not least was the awesome balcony--biggest we've ever had at the beach. Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. We did have one issue with the lock not working correctly. The rental company was very attentive and solved it as soon as they could. We hope to come again some time!

The pictures are very accurate, this is a really nice condo. The beds are comfortable and having nice sheets and towels available is a plus. I can't even describe the amazing view from the living room and the master bedroom. They also have a nice indoor pool and whirlpool. Since we stayed in March, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool but it also looked very nice. We love the fact that the condo is more isolated from the busy area but close enough to get a quick car trip to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Yes, it is more expensive than other properties but we didn't regret to pay the extra money to stay here. We hope to stay here again soon.
