The beach condo was very spacoius and comfortable. We enjoyed the third floor as it provided spectacular views of the water and still kept us close to the 2nd floor parking level. The kitchen to our surprise offered a lot of tools and ammenities to help prepare our family Christmas dinner. The condo offered a lot of family games for us to enjoy as well. Our only minor critique was some of the appliances and sofas could be updated, but overall, everyone love the ambiance of the place. We would definitely stay here again at South Wind.

We spent a couple of nights here and we were delighted at the space of the Condo. We had plenty of space for all of our stuff and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was large and we had everything we needed to make the weekend wonderful. I would suggest this condo for anyone looking for somewhere on the beach.

Excellent. Everything was as described. Perfect beachfront location. Not too crowded at the building. parking was a bit tight. Sleep number bed in the master was a plus. Unit had everything we needed. Comfy furniture, nice LVP flooring. Highly recommend. I didn't like that they came in and sprayed for pests while we were in the unit -- but the person was fast and friendly.

Over all a great stay that we highly recommend! The only slight complaint we had- we woke up one morning and noticed the coffee pot was different. None of us had talked to anybody/let anybody in so we messaged inquiring. They replied in a very timely manner stating they received a work order for a new coffee maker as the current one didn’t work (it was working fine for us) so they came and replaced it. We were never notified that somebody was coming to do that, so they must have come while we were gone. A notification of this would have been good just so we were aware that somebody would be there.
Besides that weird situation, a wonderful stay! We would definitely book again! Wonderful balcony, plenty of space for the whole family without feeling on top of one another. Easy access to the beach and pool.

The rooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. Everything met the description given for the condo. We found the property clean and well maintained. It was in a great location that is close to all the main attractions. To top it all off, we had great customer service. Very spacious unit. We were a group of 10 adults and no one was too crowded. There was plenty of space for everyone. Very quiet place and away from all the beach crowds. However the parking was very tight and often hard to squeeze in a parking spot.

We came to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and this place worked out wonderfully! There was 10 of us and plenty of space for all. Condo was very nice! Right on the beach with pools and hot tubs also. Clear directions and process was simple from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again!!

They have everything that you would need in the kitchen. Even a Washer and Dryer and that comes in very handy. All you need to bring is your hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper and laundry soap. We enjoyed this property very much. The only things that we wished could of been better is the comfort of the beds. The beds are not very comfortable. And there is a lot of dust in the artificial plants, and the ceiling fans. We did have 2 people with us that have bad allergies so the dust of these things did bother them some. Other than that this place is amazing! It was a great vacation and and an awesome place to stay. The people that helped us to set up our reservation were amazing and great communication. Thank you

Plenty of space for 9 of us. Room was gorgeous and clean. Multiple pools/spas is a plus, however there is no restroom down by the pool area, so you have to go all the way back to your room. Only "negative" regarding the location is you're not within walking distance of anything, but most everything you need is a short 5-10 min drive away.

Couldn’t ask for a better location right at the beach! Our family consisted of 5 small children and 7 adults and we were able to stay comfortably in one condo! It made it so easy to take the kids up for a nap in the middle of the day. Luxury Beach was very proactive on greeting us via text message and being available for any questions or needs. The actual location of this resort isn’t in the super busy part of myrtle beach, which was a huge bonus. There was also a Walmart Market within a few minute drive which made it super easy to prepare meals in our condo.
I will say that I did have just a few issues with some things in the condo not working properly and I waited to address these issues until checkout, so that’s on me. They were super receptive with the concerns and had said they would address them. I do wish I had contacted them sooner, but all in all it was a great stay and made for a great vacation.

I loved the house, it was very comfortable and peaceful. Enough room, the only downside is that the listing said there were 10 beds in the home, with one of the rooms having 3-4 beds, which was not true. This was the only negative thing, other than that, very nice home, enough space for all of us.

Plenty of room for four couples. Location was perfect. Beautiful beach and pool area. Close to many attractions too. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards made for a great time by the ocean. Hosts very responsive. Beds not very comfortable but we were tired every night so fell asleep anyway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was ample enough to comfortably accommodate 10 people however the furnishings and decor are tired, worn and dated. When we arrived the shade blind in the Living room over the sliding door was hanging down halfway without any means of getting it to go back up which made it mighty inconvenient to get to and from the balcony. We called it in, and someone showed up very quickly but all he did was removed it and not replace it with anything else, so we had a lot of sunlight coming through all day every day. The outdoor carpet flooring in the balcony has a big tear/hole in it. It clearly needs repairing since other than being an eyesore it could cause someone to trip and fall. Then there's the shade blind in the master bedroom which works fine during the day but at night when lights have to be turn on offered no privacy whatsoever anyone could see clearly into the room from outside. All other bedrooms had curtains and blinds but not the master. The lighting in the kitchen was very poor especially since there's no lighting over the stove which made it very hard to see inside the pots and pans while cooking, this aggravated all the cooks to no end. For the amount of money, we paid to stay at this property we certainly expected better. The condominium (Southwind)is fantastic. You can't beat its location, many pools and ocean front. Thats why I will come back to Southwind but not to this particular property.

What a wonderful place. So roomy! This place has pretty much everything for your stay. Beach umbrella, chairs and toys provided. Linens and pillows, too. What a view. You are on the 3rd floor and are just over the tops of the trees, so there is a completely unobstructed view of the ocean/beach. The balcony is a wrap around, so there is even more to look at. The balcony off of one of the bedrooms gives you a good view of a parking garage and the parking lot, but we never used this one because the main balcony was the place to be. Watched so many sunrises and sunsets from here. Walk to the beach is so close. The pools and the hot tubs are wonderful, too, when you don't quite feel like swimming in salt water. The beach is clean and spacious (though, we went in October, so not tourist season). You can literally walk for miles along the beach. Quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to everything! Great restaurants and shopping. We went to the Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. This is an absolute must! The entertainment is amazing and the food is wonderful. Too much food! Definitely needed that doggy bag. We also went to dinner at a haunted restaurant. Brentwood Restaurant & Wine Bistro. Such delicious food. Didn't see any ghosts, but such a wonderful history it has. The management staff were so quick to respond to all questions and concerns. So accommodating with my simple requests, too! Ample parking. Though the ramps up and down to the parking garage are pretty tight! Be careful if you have anything larger than a midsize car. We absolutely recommend staying at this place. We couldn't have been happier and we had such a great time.

My large family really enjoyed this unit. There is plenty of room. We found everything we needed. There were plenty of place settings, utensils and drink ware. Bathroom towels were plentiful. A few more kitchen towels and washcloths would be helpful. Appliances seem pretty new. The fridge was nice and big. There was lots of room on the beach and around the pools. The walk to the beach is not as long as it looks in the pics so that was great. Some of the beds were “noisy”—new cloth mattress covers would solve that problem. Overall, we thought it was a beautiful place and can’t wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were excited the condo looked like the picture online. It was clean and did have a very private feel. The grounds were kept clean and neat and our view was beautiful. The outside facade was very appealing compared to other condos in the area. We would definitely consider returning to this rental.

We enjoyed the stay at your condo. It was very clean, excellent view, and parking was perfect. The location was wonderful and felt very safe in this area. Very close to all attractions and hope to visit the same condo next summer.

The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach and ample swimming facilities. The unit was very clean, but could have used some updating.

We had 13 adults in the house and each had our own space, but yet plenty of hangout room all in one. :) The balcony, pools, and ocean front were absolutely wonderful!

Excellent oceanfront view. Very close to Broadway at the Beach and a Walmart. Very nice and safe area.

Much bigger than expected. We had a group of 10 and almost everyone had their own bed. The common areas never felt crowded and the place was very well kept.
