We had a wonderful time here! The view was outstanding and we loved our huge wraparound balcony as we were in a corner unit; it was a quick trip to the beach and we enjoyed the pools; definitely a drive to get to the strip but this made it more peaceful being away from all the noise;Our only complaints were that there could have certainly been more towels and blankets, etc.; we didn't like having to run to the store to get all the household things like toilet paper etc. as one roll is not enough for an entire week with six people; we kind of expect these things to be covered with the cost already paid; also we smelled smoke constantly which was frustrating; I have asthma and wanted to sit on the balcony and relax; they're supposedly a 500 fee for smoking anywhere on the property and we feel like we constantly saw and smelled that; Overall we had a wonderful time And would totally recommend this place !!

the building may be a bit on the older side, but it is well maintained, the residents that live there are very friendly. our condo had 4 br and 3 bthr, perfect for us to have a bed to ourselves. location was perfect for us. just a little off from the heavy tourist area but not too far if you wanted to get into the mix. will definitely stay here again

I loved this stay. I rented the place solo and I will gladly pay that cost again. Easy access to the beach, easy use of the space, solid location to other areas. The space is really clean and spacious. Host was quick to respond and very proactive. Sick location

The only downside this time was you could not close the shades at night. We could close them the last time we stayed. Even though it is 4th floor, I am not comfortable with open windows at night. Also, the bedrooms could have been cooler. Great air in living/dining area. Best stocked kitchen ever! Called about the shades, someone came right away but after trying to get them down, the management said the owner wanted them that way. We definitely would stay there again. The whole rental process was great!

The condo was in a great location; close to everything, yet far enough away from the "strip". Pools are not heated, but the temp inside the building allowed the kids to swim on the cooler days inside. Beach was just a short walk over the bridge and the condo had an amazing view of the ocean and the sunrise. The condo only supplies a small starter kit for the stay; so plan on purchasing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap. Broadway on the Beach was a blast, and we were lucky to see dolphins on our dolphin sightseeing excursion. The Pirate Dinner Show was a fun night for everyone in our group; and if you have young kids highly recommend the show. Myrtle Beach is a Fun place and we would consider staying in this unit again.

Only complaint that it was on a higher floor and that we couldn’t find extra blankets anywhere in the apartment.

We had a couple of issues come up but management was quick to respond. The only thing I would change or recommend is that you have a few extras on hand of certain items. For example, toilet paper, trash bag or two, extra blankets, some coffee. This was booked through a VRBO and we are used to having those :) the condo itself was very clean as well as the grounds. Parking and instructions were easy to understand and check in/out was a breeze

Very nice condo, view of the beach and pool area. We loved the accommodations but the Myrtle Beach rule to limit tents and Shabumi Shades on the beach would affect our decision to return as having small children on the beach is very difficult when you don’t have enough shade for them to retreat from the sun. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was good. We attended several shows, which the family loved.

The property is well maintained and architecturally pleasing. Our corner unit suited us perfectly. It was too cool to swim outside but the indoor pools were excellent. We liked being close to attractions but enjoy the quieter neighborhoods for our accommodations. We would like to return because we didn’t have enough time to explore all of the attractions.

We came into town for a family gathering and this condo was the perfect find for our stay! It offered Beautiful front ocean views. We really enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony, watching the waves and listening to the sound of the ocean each morning! Condo was super clean and offered everything we needed for a great stay! The unit was amazing! Hands down the best place we've stayed to date. It's a beautiful unit and has everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable. Everything is updated and it was very clean. It was quiet and for once I wasn't worried about my kids annoying the other units. My only complaints are related to the building and not the unit. There is no bathroom at the pool so you have to go up to the 2nd floor if you need to use the restroom. Also, the outdoor shower where you hose off from the beach doesn't work very well so we couldn't get all the sand off of ourselves and our things. However, that would not stop me from staying here again. I miss it already!

This is a very large nicely renovated condo with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get comfortable. All the furniture was top quality, clean and comfy. This fourth floor unit is perfectly situated to see and hear the surf over the dunes while noise from the pool isn’t intrusive. The balcony of gigantic with lots of seating and fully shaded after about 10 AM. The bathrooms were large and parking was plentiful. Building is well maintained and beach, pool and elevators never felt crowded. Gripes? The condo sorely needs a knife sharpener, there are NO TOWEL BARS in the bathrooms, and the lazy river inner tubes are child sized and useless.

My son said we were living like millions! 🤣 This place is flat out beautiful! My husband and I took our 6 kids and we actually had plenty room. The kids loved their rooms and didn’t want to leave. We will come back and had the pool to ourselves often. The ocean view from our room was spectacular! They supplied all the kitchen needs... glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans... everything!

It was right on the beach, far enough from downtown to not have a ton of people, but close enough to shopping, dining, and all adventures. The beach was incredibly clean and then pools on property were well maintained. This particular condo was clean, very nice, and had all necessary items to make our week long stay amazing. We don’t have one complaint about any of it! We do plan to return next spring break already!

Very easy check in and out and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our family all fit comfortably in the spacious are. We would for sure recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

8 adults recently stayed at this condo for a long weekend and everyone in the group was impressed. This condo was decorated beautifully, very spacious, had a well stocked kitchen as we did cook IN for our large group and the Property location was fabulous! Excellent property! We will definitely try to rent this again at some point. The only thing I would say on the negative side is that we found the queen mattresses in the double queen room to be way too firm for our liking but I totally understand that you can’t please everyone when it comes to firmness of mattresses/ pillows, etc. but those of us that slept in these two beds all agreed that it was more firm that we’d like. But again, we were thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience and would love to have the opportunity to rent again at some point! Thank you!

It was an end unit (401) so the balcony was quite large. It was a really nice spot.

The size was perfect for us, and the 4th floor view of the ocean/beach could be seen from anywhere in the common areas. Also enjoyed the pools/hot tubs. Hoping to rent this unit again sometime in the future. Also wanting to look into investing into a similar unit for ourselves after this experience. God Bless!!

The accommodations and view were excellent. Property was clean, no noise, view was spectacular from our balcony. Condo was clean, furniture was stylish, kitchen appliances were new. Furniture I living room had normal wear and tear.

The view was amazing. The pools and beach where the best.
Extra beach chairs and toys in storage room. The whole family was very comfortable. Would rent again.
