we loved the condo. The size was perfect! The location was great! We loved the pools and hot tubs. There are two hot tubs outside and one inside. There is a pool outside and inside. There is also a lazy river outside that is great! This condo is so close to the beach, with just a cross over a bridge. The only drawback is the water sprays to clean your feet off did not work as well as they should have. Parking was good also. The parking was close, but we could always find a parking place. There are tvs in every bedroom and living room. Loved the 3 baths also. A great place we would recommend. There were some stains on the outside cushions, but was so comfortable to sit on outside! Loved the balcony also! We ate breakfast at the balcony one morning and it was so nice! One rocking chair had some issues. When we texted anything, they were very good to get back!

Enjoying our family stay. Not a lot of walkable restaurants. No clear communication with unit manager. We received a text that the unit was available for an early check in, only to find the door code not released until exactly the 4pm listed time. The smoke detectors go off from high humidity; showers or leaving the door open to the balcony. Never seen this in 40 years of going to Myrtle. I would stay here again!

Great location, clean clean clean property! Only warning is you literally get 1 trashbag, 1 laundry detergent and 1 dishwasher detergent, so come prepared with own supplies. I would think for a weeks stay and the price paid the company could add a few extra. Other than that, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation here. Condo was clean, and everything was easy to access. Condo did have some slight wear and tear, but nothing too major. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were 8 of us plus a baby, and there was more than enough room to accommodate us all. Will book again!!

It was roomy and the furnishings were nice. There was plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware in the kitchen. The only complaint that we had about the kitchen was pot holders. The silicon ones that were there were slick and clumsy. The large dining table was great allowing all of us to sit around the table at mealtime and share our thoughts on the day. The balcony was awesome. It was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The property was clean and the starter set was much appreciated. The location of the condo was very convenient to all the activities in Myrtle beach as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay here again and also recommend to our friends and family.

Over the moon happy with this unit. The building is by far in a different category than other buildings around it. The pools were amazing, beach was awesome. Not too crowded. everything in the unit was super clean. A+ Could use some dumbbells or something in the workout room. It was a bit underwhelming but that’s it. I highly recommend!!!!

The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the sound of the waves brings total serenity even in the midst of the Covid nightmare. The property management team at Luxury Beach Rentals were all so helpful. Southwinds Resort is located far enough from the hot spots to be quiet but close enoughto shopping and dining to be convenient. We also found plenty of restaurants with curbside pick up in order to stay safe in 2020. It’s an all around great getaway

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We stayed with our adult daughter, her husband and their 2 Preschoolers, & our adult son. The unit was spacious, with plenty of dining room seating, large kitchen, and most important, was right on the beach. We had a great time. The balcony was large with a great view & plenty of seating.

A wonderful place to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Everything from booking to checking in was easy. We were a little worried about parking, but never had any problems. The condo was in clean and in great condition. Decorated very nicely. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. Even from the kitchen you could see the ocean. We would/will stay here again.

Just got home from our stay in Myrtle Beach. The oceanfront condo we rented from Luxury Beach Rentals was fantastic. We were a bit nervous going because of Tropical Storm Isaias, but the storm was mostly at sea, so we got some high wind & rain, but nothing terrible.
The condo itself was great. It was spacious and had upgraded appliances in the kitchen, along with a great TV in the living room. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and each room was well appointed.
The building was very well maintained, and the pool areas were all very clean. The building is centrally located and in a nice area, so we didn't feel funny about parking or leaving our cars.
Just a very nice space to have a nice relaxing vacation.

The only negative thing I have to say is the stove which appears to be new has knobs where children can easily reach to turn on and as we were in the kitchen if you reach in the cabinets above or just accidentally rub against them the unit would turn on. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, comfortable sitting room furniture, lots of balcony chairs of different types (the rockers were a big hit). Place was quiet and well maintained and staff helpful. I would like to be closer to the boardwalk/downtown area but its not too far and the walking area down the beach past all the houses is really nice. Only booked 4 nights, wished I booked longer. Great rental at a great price!

Just a few improvements that could be made- both showers that have curtains in them bnb had mold all on the bottom of the shower curtain. Liners are very cheap and easily replaced, so this is a silly and gross problem to have. Also someone else's loofa and travel shower stuff was left in the master bedroom shower.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We have small children ages 3-6 and they were very comfortable and safe! The condo was clean and the space was laid out perfectly for our family to enjoy time together. The wrap around balcony was the highlight of our stay. The view was awesome and the outdoor space was a huge bonus to have a cup of coffee in the morning, eat meals, enjoy a few glasses of wine and wind down from our day. We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation.

Other than being in a perfect Myrtle Beach location, the condo was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for a family of 8.We had a tv problem and was taken care of within an hour ...so great customer service from the management company.Thank you for providing a memorable vacation.

The inside was spacious, and the balcony gave us the sun, wind, and waves that we craved. The beach was only steps away. We couldn't have chosen a better place!

Nicely maintained pools and ocean walk. The shower was huge. The view was astounding, and we had every meal on the corner balcony that showed a magnificent 180• view.

Our cond was perfect and we liked having the pool, hot tub , lazy river all in one area . The grandkids enjoyed the grassy area between the pool and ocean. A small park next door entertained our youngest grands .

Only problem we had was my Google address search had North Myrtle Beach, same exact address, so we went to the wrong place to begin with. So make sure you Google the address in complete, with just Myrtle Beach as the address. Will definitely stay here again, Thank you!

This vacation rental was amazing. Very clean and modern and so close to the beach! The indoor pool and hot tub was great for the kids at night when the weather got colder. We planned this vacation in less than 12 hours and the rental agents and owner were so quick to respond. Even on a Sunday! I would highly recommend this property to anybody and I am hoping to rent this same unit again next year! Thanks for the memories :)
