Our stay was amazing! The view was breathtaking from the time we arrived until the time we left. Our 5 day stay cannot be described by words. The unit we stayed in was absolutely stunning. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 10 years (at least ). I my opinion Luxury Beach Rentals should receive a 10 star rating.We plan on staying there every year from now on. I will be recommending it to all my family and friends for their trips to Myrtle Beach. . As, I stated at the beginning the view is breathtaking and the unit also. The location was perfect for shopping, walking, going to the beach and any other activities in the area. Perfect location .

Amazing view!!!! The condo was the perfect size for our girls trip with a wrap around patio that we never wanted to leave!! The condo is also walkable to a few local bars where the bartenders were so fun and shared local tips! We had everything we needed but definitely make sure you bring extra TP, paper towels and trash bags as only limited are provided for your stay.

Place was great!!! Awesome scenery/views and my family loved the balcony with enough seating for everyone. We brought things to use at the pool/beach but all was furnished so no need for extra clutter. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys were all in storage. Again thanks from. me and my family.

Great location! Overall, the condo was clean. We did find a dirty q-tip and a child’s slipper under a bed. I recommend the owners spend some money for new headboards. Every time you turned over during the night, the headboards would squeak.The layout was great for a large group. The location was close to many activities. The wraparound balcony was awesome. Even though it was too cold for the beach, we were very close.

We loved the condo. Very clean and well maintained. Huge balcony was a family favorite. One mistake we made was bringing all of our beach gear. Note that they already have everything you need in the outdoor storage closet. A wagon, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys etc.. We will definitely be staying here on our next Myrtle Beach trip. Thanks again for the excellent accomodations!

It could have been cleaner when we checked in - there were Goldfish crumbs on the floor, something spilled on the kitchen cabinets, and the table tops weren’t cleaned well. It was perfect for two families, with a spacious living room and the biggest balcony we have seen. Spectacular view. The storage closet outside the condo was stacked with beach chairs and toys and a great alternative to trekking sand through the unit and out the balcony. But our trip was cut short because of tropical storm Debbie. We paid $8k for two nights. The other family couldn’t make it because their flight was canceled. We left early because the beach and pool were closed, and we were afraid we would be stuck with flooded roads. It was a difficult parenting decision to leave but in the best interest of safety and our three kids. Lots of tears. The company declined to provide any refund, which was gut wrenching. We will come back to Myrtle and if you like a quiet place, this was nice - but it wasn’t worth $8k for two nights.

It was centrally located-a 5 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and if you went the other way, it was 5 minutes to Pirates Voyage. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The vacation rental management staff responded almost immediately when I sent a text about having trouble with the lock on the sliding glass door that led out to the balcony.

The condo was as advertised and the best part was the balcony. Amazing wrap around balcony with amazing views. Another perk is the location of this property is surround by a more residential area which allowed for ample space on the beach. I have been to Myrtle beach since 1996 and I can say this is the first place I stayed where the beach was not overcrowded. I am sure there are others areas, but this area was the first I have experience. We will be back.

Great condo with nice amenities in a good location. Really liked the large balcony. Had a couple issues at check-in (weekend), but property management responded quickly and were able to resolve the issues. This is a really lovely property. Close to restaurants, stops and attractions. The listing is very accurate in depicting the interior and wrap-around patio. What we were pleasantly surprised with is the quality of everything in the kitchen! Above average! We very much enjoyed a home made cup of coffee taking in the lovely view. The bedrooms made our family of 5 very comfortable with everyone having the privacy they needed. Check-in/check-out was seamless. My questions in preparation for our visit were answered quickly allowing me to coordinate our get-together with family members attending from 3 states. I highly recommend this property for a lovely stay right on Myrtle Beach, SC.

This was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in over the years. Having four bedrooms was just right for our group of younger kids all the way up to grandparents. The gathering area was perfect with a large table we could all sit around, plenty of couches & chairs to relax on, and we really enjoyed some time out on the balcony. The location was great as it was close enough to restaurants and shopping, yet it was in a more quiet area. If we are back to Myrtle Beach again in the future, we will definitely be staying here. The one slight negative was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was more firm than we would have liked, but all the other mattresses were very comfortable.

The unit was immaculate and exactly as advertised/pictured. Plenty of room for seven of us and could have comfortably fit more. We were there for our daughter's wedding so didn't get to do much exploring, but we were very close to everything we needed (10/Fold Biscuits - definite must have!). The entire property was clean and well kept. The pools and hot tubs looked amazing & the view from the unit was absolutely stunning. Yes, there are hair dryers and the coffee maker can do either drip or pod coffee.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was my son first birthday and he loves water so what better place to take him than the first beach I ever went to, Myrtle Beach. I couldn’t have picked a better condo to enjoy with my family. The patio views that wrap around was definitely a sight. We got to see a dolphin playing in the ocean which was pretty cool for the kiddos. Indoor pool and jacuzzi as well an an outdoor pool and lazy river along with 2 more jacuzzis. Enough space for enjoying your stay with others. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. My family would love to stay again when we revisit. We appreciate how well kept your condo was and look forward to staying with you again. Thank you for accepting us into your space, we definitely enjoyed ourselves!!

We came with our two boys and our best friends and their teens. It was perfect for us! Everything was close by for all ages of the kids and there was plenty to do at the condo too with the pools and beaches. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. We had a few questions when we arrived and I got an immediate response which we appreciated. We would definitely go back!

This property was the best in the area. It was the best location, best floor, fit all our needs for our relaxing family vacation. We had 2 kids, 4 adults and had plenty of room. We couldn't have asked for a better place. It was close enough for either downtown or North end hubs, but private enough if you don't want all that action. We will for sure rent here again when next in Myrtle Beach!

We stayed in the unit February 2021 and it was spectacular. This corner unit has unbelievable views through the floor the ceiling windows and from the amazing wrap around balcony. The condo was extremely clean and everything in the unit appeared to be new or very well taken care of. To follow up on a previous review from another customer- there were new hairdryers in every bathroom so that was not an issue for us - the washer and dryer are on the older side but we had no issues (clothes were dried every time with just one dryer cycle). All of the new appliances in the kitchen were beautiful and great to use. The building and grounds were impeccable and the management company was very helpful. We loved everything about this rental and can’t wait to stay in this unit again!

The condo was perfect for our family. We were glad that it was on a more secluded part of the beach. The appliances were all new and clean. We really enjoyed the indoor pool while it was so cold outside. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We felt that proper COVID precautions were in place by the condo owner and by the building. Be sure to bring games (cards, etc not provided likely due to COVID), coffee filters or keurig pods, beach/pool towels, trash bags, and laundry detergent. We would definitely come back in the future.
