This condo was absolutely amazing! Our family was very comfortable the whole time. Plenty of room and very clean. We loved the ocean view! We had the absolute best weather!We didn’t have any issues but if so would be able to reach Robert in no time. It was so quiet and we basically had the pool to ourselves. Very easy access to the ocean and the condo was a short drive to many fun activities. There was some construction going on right outside our deck, but that did not bother us much. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Robert’s place was beautiful! Right on the beach and extremely clean. Very quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony! The only downside was the king size bed in the master… the mattress was as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. One of us slept in the living room each night because the bed wasn’t comfy. Other than that, Roberts place was perfect!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay - even better than the pictures! The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus was some pool/beach toys for our kids to use while we were there. Quiet, safe area for families to stay. The views from the balcony cannot be beat! Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that was inconvenient for us is that we had access to one closet in second bedroom. Understandably, owners had lock in main bedroom for their personal use, and second closet was very narrow with shelves. You couldn't hang anything. And third bedroom has no closet.

This condo was very nice and made for a perfect vacation rental. Upon check in, this was probably the cleanest beach rental that I’ve experienced, absolutely zero issues. The furniture and amenities were all in great shape and the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The building property was well maintained and you actively saw employees cleaning all week making sure things were in order. Parking was simple and convenient. Communication with the rental management company was easy and prompt responses. This condo was perfect for a family vacation as it was quiet and nothing wild going on, even on the 4th of July week. We will definitely look to rent again next time we are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Just traveled here last week, and already dreaming of when we can go back!!! We loved the balcony, the walk in marble shower, beach access, the pool and hot tubs, and the overall luxury and cleanliness of the condo. We had 5 in our group but could very easily accommodate more. The kitchen was well equipped with everything out group needed, the smart TV in the living room offered all of our favorite streaming services, and they even had some games for us to play. This cozy spot was a perfect getaway for all of us, we will definitely stay here again!!!

I really enjoyed how clean the space was - upon walking in you could just smell that the place was freshly clean such a nice touch and welcome to the space. Views are amazing from the balcony! Very spacious & kitchen was stocked with the essentials we needed to cook and clean. I was very pleased with how close parking was to the elevator that takes you to the floor the unit is in, made for loading and unloading to be easy and quick. Walmart is a short drive away and you are close enough to everything including attractions. We hardly drove more than 10 minutes to boardwalk, attractions etc super local. Over all super happy with our stay & looking forward to book in the summer!

The condo was a 5 star. Totally renovated with quality furnitures . All the rooms was very confy and everything needed was availible. This unit is an ocean front condo. The view is spectacular. The complex is very well maintain with great pools and jaccuzi. You feel like in a carabean resort. At night the outside is very nice also. In October prices are down and weather is still beautiful. Wow this was the best vrbo that we have rent. The access was easy, managment very very quick to respond. Great 5 star

The unit was very clean, decorated nicely, plenty of space for my family and stocked well. There were only a couple of minor issues: one recliner didn’t recline and the corner of the rug kept curling up. Like I said these were minor and did not interrupt our vacation stay all. Hopefully #902 will be available for our next stay!!

Family vacation, had a wonderful time in this clean well-appointed condo. Had everything we needed, the amenities at the building were excellent (pools/hot tubs/etc.), and the view from the place cannot be beat. We really liked the layout as the bedrooms felt separated and private. The beds are a little firm, and agree with previous review that they could use to replace some pillows which are very flattened. Overall highly recommend!

Awesome stay! We took my family, my mother and my brothers family and had a wonderful stay with plenty of room. The balcony is huge, easy walk to the ocean, washer and dryer in unit was the icing on the cake. Spent our days on the ocean and nights watching movies together in the living room. It was perfect.

The only negative we had is there are no restrooms on the ground floor so if youre at the pool and need to go to the restroom, you have to either go to your room or a small unisex restroom on the 2nd floor. My family and I had a great stay! Will book here again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach. Very quick car ride to all the attractions and short walk to the beach. Great views from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/crockpot/ dishes/cups as we cooked all our breakfast and and lunches. We got locked out the first night and called the emergency phone line after hours. Someone answered the call right away and got us into the condo in less then 5 minutes. Overall it was a very nice place and they were very easy to work with. Would recommend to family and friends.

The condo was nice, clean, well maintained and equipped. The beach area was beautiful but the pools/hot tubs weren't cleaned the entire time we were there. My grandson wouldn't even go in the outdoor pool because of the bugs. Both my daughter and grandson slipped in the indoor kiddie pool, slippery step. Maybe needs new management.

Feel like having to strip bed sheets and have towels ready for laundering should be up to the maid service, but only takes a minute to do that task. Had noisy neighbors last night of our stay, but that is always a risk when staying in that type of environment. Some construction or upkeep taking place, but that is good for the next guests.

Good location, fast elevator, fantastic views and good use of living space. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was a plus. The master bath had some black mold in the shower but otherwise everything was clean. The ice maker in the freezer did not work but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and appliances. I would have preferred a Keurig to the coffee pot but that's just me. Overall this was a great place and I would recommend it to others.

We also loved the extended couch that allowed several of us to recline while we talked or watched TV. The condo was near a number of good restaurants but away from the noise and congestion of the "main drag." We have stayed at Southwind twice (different units) and would come back again as well as recommend it to anyone else looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The only thing missing was a indoor closure heated pool. It was to cold to go swimming in the ocean and the outdoor pools were also to cold. They did have a heated spa like area outside. I would definitely stay here again. Really the only major complaint I have is the walls are much to thin. I could here everything above me and beside me but it wasn't a issue until the weekend when more vacationers were coming in.Friday and Saturday night was a little noisy.

We loved this condo. The view was amazing. The location was great. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The process was super easy for check in. The only suggestion we had for the future was to stock it a little better. There wasn't soap in a couple bathrooms or any dish soap in the kitchen. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper. Just a little extra would make this condo one of the best.

The property was perfect. It was quiet, clean, and safe. It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We didn't have to cross the street to park and there was always plenty of parking. The pools were beautiful and clean. My entire family had a great time.

We loved the property we chose for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of space and the condo was beautiful. We loved the fact that we had a pool, hot tub, lazy river and could walk right out to the beach. We also had a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs provided which was nice. We would recommend this to anyone looking to plan a family vacation.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and then some. The layout of the condo is perfect for 3 separate bed/bath areas. It allows a lot of privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are games for the kids. Parking and entry were very convenient. They have hotel carts to help with unloading luggage and groceries. The location is a quiet area of beach. The furnishings in this unit are "high end." I wanted to take the couch home with me!! We stayed in this unit with 4 adults and 4 kids. A couple of things to know: Myrtle Beach does NOT allow any type of beach shade except for umbrellas. We weren't aware of this and brought a canopy for the family which we weren't allowed to use. The 2 chairs and umbrella that come with the unit are fine, except the umbrella/chairs on the beach are placed very close to each other--no personal space. There are NO bathrooms in the pool area, so you have to go back up to your unit to use the facilities -- not handy with children. There are only 2 elevators that service this building, but they are very fast. Otherwise, this property was outstanding. Would be great for those with older kids.

The rental was very large with a wonderful view of the beach. It had 3 good size rooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen that had almost everything you would want. It was very nice. The propertylandscape, pool, spa and lazy river were all maintained nicely. My Mother loves the beach and would sit on the lani for hours just watching the ocean and smiling. It was a wonderful blessing for our family to be able to celebrate our mothers birthday and mothers day and such a beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

The condominium was beautifully appointed, clean, well stocked with every necessary amenity and the view was unparalleled. My family had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a stay on Myrtle Beach. I also liked that it was close to all of the action, but still far enough off of the beaten path on Ocean Boulevard to enjoy the peace and quiet with only a short walk or drive to access all of the restaurants and attractions. 5-star across the board.

Lots nice extras included (extra towels, beach chairs, pillows, etc). Only slight negative is the small tv in the living room. Everything was great.

The luxury furniture and decor felt like we were staying at a fancy hotel. The linens and towels were high quality. The gift basket was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and we never felt cramped. Very Spacious unit. The overall building and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Pool and beach were amazing for our party of 8. The many options of pools were great with toddlers. Would definatley recommend this unit, worth the price and luxury living for the week.
