Room was as pictured and had what we needed. The drain in the second bathroom needs some maintenance as the tub fills up while showering. Gorgeous view! Wish there was a restaurant/bar on property. Overall we had a great time!

We loved our stay at the South Wind. It's not a hotel, and was quieter than hotels. The rooms were nice and as depicted. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. The facility was very nice, great beach view, hot tubs, and pools and all nicely maintained. It felt like a private resort because so few people using pools and hot tubs.
We had 6 people for a week and we only had one toilet paper roll in each bathroom and only one kitchen trash bag. Facility said all trash must be bagged, but we only had one trash bag. I think leaving a little bit more reasonable amount of TP or trash bags would help. Lastly the HVAC seems like it might need serviced. I stay with my elderly Mother and Father in law, so they go the on-suite. My kids got the room with two beds and my wife and I shared smallest room. The back room was much warmer. If Temp was set to 68, it was 74 in back room and 65 in the on suite. At a minimum there should be a portable fan in the closet for those who need it.

Plenty of space allowed us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen items were usable and clean. View from balcony was beautiful. Questions were answered in a timely manner.

The property was fantastic and views were great! The king bed was not quite as comfortable as I expected but certainly not a deal breaker. The unit was clean and will decorated. The property manager responded to my emails within minutes of hitting send. Overall extremely satisfied and would stay there again.

From booking to checkout it was a seamless process. The condo was clean and looked just as advertised. Great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Close to all of the attractions in Myrle Beach, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I would definitely stay again.

This is the first time we have use them after over a decade of using another rental agency. They made everything easy and the room was clean and nicely furnished. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and someone was out to fix it within an hour. With our previous rental agency, when we had problems it took 2 to 3 days to even get a call back. Everyone at Luxury Beach Rentals was kind and helpful. There is no doubt we will use them again!

We didn't have any hot water for 2 days and no ice for 2 days. HOWEVER, wonderful location, parking and access to everything. Even with not having the hot water and ice (I called them on Saturday when we arrived and it was Tuesday before we had ice) and pretty hot time to not have ice or be able to take a shower - I would still book here again and probably will for the next year. Wonderful pools and really great to have a keypad and not have to worry about keeping up with a set of keys.
