The accommodations were marvelous. I was disappointed with the pools and hot tubs not operational. The small thongs like a deck of cards and a puzzle were a huge success with the kids boredom with the rainy days.

This was the perfect place for our friends (with lots of kids) reunion. The beach is so close, the view was amazing, kitchen fully stocked for cooking, and the kids especially loved the lazy river. We would definitely recommend Robert’s place!

Reviewer Comments: As a guest of South Wind I was surprised at the poor condition of the unit and lengths to disguise broken and unsafe furniture in the unit. My family members could have been easily hurt from a fall from several broken bar stools, punctured by wood protruding through the sofa, sickened by mold in the shower and bedroom ceiling or the broken deck furniture on the balcony. Ice maker not working and told to buy my own ice while they try a temporary fix.The unit was not dusted and the linen in one of the bedrooms had a sticky substance on it. And let’s not forget difficulty parking due to the filming of a rap video. Yet they only want to refund me 1 nights stay out of 5.

Please be advised of this property!!! don’t know if the owner had been made aware but the master bedroom comforter had stains on it, the master TV was going in and out. There is a weird moldy smell. The other king room TV does not work either. Also the light on the balcony doesn’t work. We would’ve liked to sit out there at night to chill and commune but we can’t see. The beds were hard. There were stains in the living room carpet. I am overall disappointed in how much we had to pay to stay in such conditions. There were lipstick stains on the glasses in the cabinet. Myself along with two others left the following morning and didn’t stay for the duration of our stay. This unit needs some serious renovations and a more in depth cleaning crew. I sent pictures to the owner, hopefully he will update the unit. For the price, it’s not worth it.

Great condo, lovely balcony and shared spaces. Great fit for 5 adults with room for more. Access to pools and hot tubs were easy. Appreciated their responsiveness in getting us an iron and ironing board when requested. Check in and out was easy. Very enjoyable stay.

The only thing that needs to be addressed is the mattress in the front bedroom with balcony access. The mattress does need to be replaced. I ended up sleeping in one of the secondary bedrooms. We will def be booking again. Thank you so much for keeping the property up to data and in such good condition.

Very roomy and accommodated 8 adults and 3 children easily. We especially loved sitting on the balcony in the early mornings to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Location was super family friendly. All family activities were within 5-10 minutes. Lazy River, pools and hot tubs were used daily. And, the pristine beach was very inviting. Highly recommend.

Place was great! Some musty smell on entering but believe that’s to be expected in the area with the humidity. Slider doors did not lock to the balcony which could be problematic with kids but we were always with ours so it wasn’t. Otherwise, the views were amazing! The beach access was great. Gym was ok. Pools and hot tubs were excellent! We went as a large family get together and we all had a great time. Plenty of dishes and such for cooking which we did a lot of.

Amazing location, right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. This is a family friendly location and our children had a blast with the multiple pools and hottubs.

Super convenient to Top Golf and the Pirates Voyage dinner & show. We also went to Sole Italian restaurant and the 42nd St Bar & Grill... all of these places were less than a 15 min drive which was great. We would definitely book another stay at the South Wind resort!

Plenty Large enough for our two families. We had a total of 11. Wish there had been more bath towels and beach/pool towels would have been awesome if they were provided. Would absolutely stay again.

Our family had a great time - including my 97 year old father! The only thing missing were beach chairs and beach towels. Also, don't leave all the doors open even if the weather is great- it set off the fire alarm but maintenance came quickly to fix.
