Came to celebrate daughter’s 17th birthday and had a total of 8 people. The space was perfect for us, the beach being so close was amazing!! Having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking and making snacks for 6 teenagers. The host was easy to communicate with and we will be staying there again!

What a beautiful and we'll appointed property! everyone had their own private space that was comfortable, clean, and spacious. the wrap around balcony was like a second living space! The kids loved the beach (which was spotless, had a lifeguard and not crowded!) but they also enjoyed the 2 pools and lazy river. if you are looking for a property on the beach to make memories with your family, book this unit!

Great location on the ocean. We stayed in one of the penthouses which had a large balcony. All the rooms were comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Only issue I had was with the vent in the back bathroom which wasn’t working. Not a big deal though

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around porch is lovely and has a great view. The multiple pools were a huge hit with the kids in our crew. A couple of restaurants walkable and others a quick drive. Definitely recommend!

The property was clean and served well for a group of 8 in 4 separate bedrooms. The beach is at your doorstep. The pools were clean, but hot tub jets weren't working. Lots of excellent restaurants within minutes, as well as access to central Myrtle Beach via Ocean Blvd.

The view is spectacular! I celebrated my 60th birthday with my family and we had plenty of room and loved the privacy we had. The pools and hot tub were nice and the beach access was wonderful. We even saw dolphins on three different occassions.

The overall stay was really nice. Nice property/hotel. The checkin process was terrible. Address sent us to a different location. Then we had to check in at the hotel next door because no one at the lobby. Then we were told that we were supposed to get a email with room number and code . Didn’t have this because we were told we “signed the agreement too late” although that was signed days prior. Fail on Vrbo not necessarily the property owner

I only gripe about the entire vacation is that I wish I had checked into whether or not any of the pools were heated. We came down in early October right after hurricane Ian. The first few days of our stay we're very cloudy and cool. We had hoped that the indoor pool would give the four kids we were traveling with something to do if the weather was not great. All of the pools including the lazy river were freezing for most of our stay. Other than that no complaints the condo was beautiful, the beach was easily accessible and the entire complex was well maintained.

We usually stay in North Myrtle but decided to try something different this year. We are REALLY glad we did. We always try to book a higher room so we don’t hear noise above and will often try to find a PH. However not all penthouse units are created equal! The South Wind was the nicest place we’ve stayed and our room was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet, the beach was not overly crowded and the drive to Broadway at the Beach (where our 20-something year old kids wanted to go) was only about ten minutes away. It was a perfect family vacation

I loved our vacation! We are definitely booking again but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The couch where the chaise is has a tear and the stuffing was showing. The luggage rack in the master is broken. I tried to fix it so I could use it but no doing. I understand it’s the end of season but there are several paint chips, stains on chairs, etc that need to be fixed. My dad used the first bathroom in the hall and he felt it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I didn’t go in there so just passing along. The light bulbs were very dusty, he wiped down the top of the shower snd felt it was very unclean. Having said that…the code lock…genius! It was so nice to not have to worry about having a key. The view was amazing, it was comfortable, like we were in my living room. I think you have some new regulars!

We stayed here during September and enjoyed the condo! It has an unbeatable view of the inlet and ocean together! We enjoyed as much time as we can on the balcony. I have to give a special shout out to the lady who cleans this place. I have rarely seen rental vacations this clean! Kudos to her (sorry, forgot her name)! This condo is perfect for a family of four. You can also get doordash or postmates food delivered. The building was also nice and had fast moving elevators which is not so common in the myrtle beach area. The location was perfect as it is away from the crowded north Myrtle beach area and is located in the Braircliffe Acres area. The only thing is that it is a little bit pricey for long term rentals during off season as well and the electronics are a little bit outdated. Apart from that, there is nothing that I can really say that was not at par. The furnishings are tastefully decorated. Everything was awesome and I recommend this place highly!

We had to call and have someone let us in. Although when the guy showed up he couldn't even get the key to fit into the lock. My buddy had do do it for him. The employee then took apart the keyless entry deadbolt and couldn't figure out how to put it back together. Again, my friend had to reassemble it for him. Also - Someone had broken a key off in the trash shoot so we had to go down a floor to take the trash out.

We had 5 adults and 3 children staying in this condo for Christmas, and there was plenty of room for all! The view was spectacular and, with the exception of the crazy weather day, I spent every morning watching the sunrise and drinking my coffee on the balcony. The indoor pool and hot tub was great for entertaining kids on the bad weather day. The elevator was quick and we never had to wait long. There were plenty of plates, cups, serving dishes, etc in the condo. The table only has 6 chairs, but we brought in 2 of the outdoor chairs and that worked perfectly. I never once felt crowded in this condo. Having a (super nice) washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful and a must when traveling with 3 kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. It is a lovely well maintained building and a beautiful and comfortable condo. I can't wait to rent this condo again! Thank you for making our Christmas a relaxing and enjoyable one!

Unexpectedly, at 4 am on the first night, 3 of the smoke alarms went off 3 times and had us, along with the people next door, quite panicked. The property management Co. sent someone to replace them the next morning, and he was very personable and professional. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful property again.

The beach is significantly less crowded than the resorts further south on Ocean Blvd. Pools were amazing and never crowded. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Loved location and the balcony. Needs potholders and the bedding was ok. Some soft others firm. The kitchen other than potholders was well stocked with everything we needed. Pools were great as was the beach. The umbrella and chairs on the beach was appreciated.

The condo was spacious and had enough space for our entire family to be comfortable. The views of the ocean are absolutely amazing. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. Close to downtown, but far enough away from the busy beaches. Pictures of the unit are accurate with normal wear and tear of the unit. We had a great family vacation!

The pictures didn’t do this place justice! It’s clean, convenient; and has great amenities. There was a small group of us in the condo and I felt it was the perfect size. The check in process was easy. The beach is just steps away from the pool. The hot tub was great, especially with our time there. It was mostly in the mid 60s. The balcony was a staple to our stay, spending mornings there with our coffee. I loved the decor. It was simple but welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Myrtle Beach area.

Didn’t have any issues except with fire alarm which kept going off and we couldn’t get them to stop. Also there is not an on site ice maker so we had to buy lots of ice at the store. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella included with our condo. Kitchen was well equipped.

We usually stay in North Myrtle but decided to try something different this year. We are REALLY glad we did. We always try to book a higher room so we don’t hear noise above and will often try to find a PH. However not all penthouse units are created equal! The South Wind was the nicest place we’ve stayed and our room was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet, the beach was not overly crowded and the drive to Broadway at the Beach (where our 20-something year old kids wanted to go) was only about ten minutes away. It was a perfect family vacation

The condo itself was a little dark - needed brighter light bulbs and a little warm at times - could use ceiling fans. Only other observation is that the condo comes with very minimal basic supplies. I've never stayed at a property that didn't supply things like soap, tissues, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.. Made it more difficult on us because we were flying and couldn't take stuff home with us. But again - beautiful property, well maintained, great location.
