Condo was spacious, clean and well-appointed and also in a great central Myrtle Beach location. It was as advertised and in a great location. We would definitely rent again. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. No issues at all.

This condo is spacious for 4 couples and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. When we called to report issues with the oven and the cable, they sent someone literally within the hour! They were super responsive and easy to work with.
A few things to note. The property is divided into Airbnbs and resort guests. There's a big parking garage but note: the 2nd floor of the garage has 3 steps to get into the exterior hallway, which takes you to the interior hallway, which gets you to the elevator to go to the 12th floor....all other floors don't have any! From there, you have to walk down a very long hallway to get to the condo. So bring things with good wheels to schlep all the way!
The condo DOES have a luggage trolley, even though I read that they didn't. It's in the guestroom closet.
Also, it comes with only 2 parking passes. The night manager refused to give us one extra, but the morning receptionist was absolutely lovely.

I stayed here with 10 other people and there was plenty of room. We stayed in the off season when it was a little cold out but the pools were heated so our two toddlers still had a great time. At night they had lights and propane fire pits so we could sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean on the patio. Our group enjoyed the restaurant as well as used the gym. All and all I would recommend this stay.

This was a great experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. One very important note - when checking in, do not tip the bellhop to "rent" one of their lobby carts. There is already a lobby cart in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Would recommend.

The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the parking. The front desk told us to use the North parking garage. Once inside, it was a very long hallway to the elevators and then once we reached the 12th floor, we had to walk all the way back down the same hallway to the Unit. Normally, that’s not an issue, but my mom is pretty frail so it was a challenge for her. She made it though and had a great time!

Everything was great. The only issue we came across was that we had two toddlers with is and we couldn't get the balcony doors to lock and there were a few times we needed a mop due to some spills and we didn't find one in the room. Overall satisfied and would likely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our group of nine family members! We had an awesome vacation and would return again as our group agreed that it was the best condo we've stayed in at Myrtle Beach. We loved the furnishings and really appreciated that it was set up for the number of people it could accommodate, especially that it had seating for 10 at the main table in the dining room plus the extra round table for 4. Also the oceanfront balcony had great furniture and could seat 9 of us which is much better than past condos we've stayed at. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates and glasses and all of the appliances you would need! Brad was extremely responsive to the couple of questions I had once we arrived. We loved the proximity of the two outdoor pools to the ocean, in fact we could sit by the pool and still see and hear the ocean waves! Walking to the beach was a breeze and the resort's location in the midst of a residential neighborhood made for relaxing, uncrowded beach time! I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to a large group looking for a perfect location for the week!

Property was great. Kitchen could have been more fully equipped and perhaps better pots and pans and utensils, and dish towels. We also had 14 guests and we ran out of plates frequently. Also, garage has a 6’9” clearance - good to know if you have a cargo carrier on top. Locks to deck don’t work. This is meant as constructive criticism - overall we loved the place and location. We would (and likely will!) return. Owners were very responsive, too.

This property was perfect for our group. Clean, with the amenities and enough bedrooms for all of us. Kitchen was big with everything you might need to cook a meal or just warm things up. Beds and pillows were perfect for me and I am kind of particular about these things. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip.

We were very pleased with our stay in this 4BR/4BA condo which we have already booked a 2nd stay at later this year. Very clean, large, nicely stocked kitchen which opens up to the great room and dining room with a large table that seats 8+. Electric fireplace visuals were really nice with options for no heat or temperature controlled heat. Fantastic views from the large balcony with ample seating and a 2nd balcony off the master suite. Large TV in the great room had cable, Netflix, and other streaming options. Restaurant on site was very good and offered an excellent breakfast (which included GF options). Indoor pool area perfect for kids with multiple pools 3-3.5 ft, lazy river and hot tub. There is also an in ground hot tub outside that was open (outdoor pools closed in Dec). It was a short walk from the room, down the hall to the elevator, and out of the back of the resort by the lobby area to the beach. Super close to nice restaurants (our favorite was Carolina Roadhouse about 1.5 miles away). Last but not least, our communication with the owner was top notch. He texted and emailed check-in and check-out instructions and offered to please contact him on his cell phone if any questions or concerns.

This place was amazing and comfortable all the way around! Will definitely be coming back! We did leave early because of Hurricane Ian but we can’t control Mother Nature. But no complaints about the rental or location. We have stayed in the resort before but it is different when you are really not associated to the resort so just know that you have to go get a keycard to get in and out of the building during restricted hours and to use the fitness room.

This property is huge and had more than enough room for the 5 of us. Great furniture and very nicely decorated. Two balconies and an excellent view from the 12th floor. Pools and beach access make this place perfect for families. The air conditioning is working off two different units with the condo. One seemed to really struggle to keep the two front right bedrooms cool. The other one was working like a champ and kept the master and main area plenty chilly. Overall, this was one of the best beach properties I have ever stayed in and would love to return.

We stayed as a family of 13 (7 adults, 6 children 10 and under which included one infant) the first week in September. The unit itself was beautiful. Some of our favorite things were the large kitchen table (hard to find in condos!), spacious kitchen and lovely decor. Communication with the owners was fabulous and they were able to answer all of our many questions promptly. I will say that we thought the unit had 1K and 5Q beds (plus a sofa sleeper), but it actually had 1K in master, 1Q in hall bedroom and then 2 full in each of the other two bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper. (It was a tight sleep to go from sleeping in a King at home to a Full with a spouse every night!). As for the building itself, the pool amenities were very nice, the beach was not very crowded due to time of year and location of building in a mostly residential area. The parking garage was very tight for vehicles that are not small (we had 2 large SUVs and a minivan). We did like that there were adequate parking spaces allotted for the unit. The elevators are only in the middle of the building and the unit and parking garages are end, so it was a bit if a walk for those in our party who are handicap. There was a very small trash can in the kitchen and no dish-drainer, so we bought each of those. The view from the master bedroom balcony is blocked due to being on the corner and has a concrete “banister”, as is the view from one of the other bedrooms (view of roof access). The other two bedrooms had walkway views. We had mixed reviews on a/c in the unit… two of the bedrooms stayed cool while the other two were warm. There were ceiling fans which is a plus. The fridge was large, which is nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would be willing to book this VRBO again!

We traveled to Myrtle Beach this past week with my family (kids ages 11-3) and my parents and honestly didn’t fully understand the type of resort we were walking into! We booked based on the pictures of the pools and the beach access, but it was even better than that! They have 3 restaurants and a full service bar outside. The food was good, not amazing but the kids enjoyed the pizza and fries. The bar drinks were surprisingly good, although expensive (pro tip- get the “buckets” that are in the condo and you get a discount to refill them). There’s a full spa (we didn’t use it so I can’t speak to how it is), and live music several days. Not overrun and had no noise issues at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a perfect family-friendly spot! Lots of things to do within a 5-15 minute drive (Pirates Voyage dinner show which was awesome, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, lots of mini golf and go karts, multiple grocery stores 5 mins away). The condo itself is great, lots of bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen is decently stocked to cook for a crew, but lacking a crockpot and some storage containers but I did mention it to the owners and I know they have plans to update and upgrade a few things this year. There are beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet which was really nicely have. Overall I highly recommend, especially if you have a larger group of family and friends!

Wonderful relaxing family vacation! We loved that we were so close to everything that we wanted to do, yet didn't have to deal with the typical busy Myrtle Beach crowds. Owners were fantastic and quickly answered any questions we had. Resort staff was also extremely helpful.
