We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice, clean, and in a perfect location. Being oceanfront made it easy to enjoy the beach with just a short walk. The pools were great, and our kids especially loved the lazy river. Check-in and check-out were easy, hotel staff were friendly, and parking was very convenient. Overall, an excellent stay—we’ll definitely come back!

We had a great time. Unit is as described. We even got to check in early which was a life saver with little ones. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal . We love Island Vista. Only suggestion would be to include beach chairs in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved out stay here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Spacious room so everyone was comfortable. Beautiful views and nice furniture on the balcony. We were told ahead of time that we wouldn't have use to luggage carts, but no big deal, we took our wagon and parked on the same floor as our room. No elevator necessary. The garage is a little tight to maneuver, but not a lot of traffic, so manageable. We will definitely stay here again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay here. We normally stay at South Wind. We like South Wind much better. Island Vista was pretty but several things we didn’t care for. We had to evacuate due to fire alarms twice during the week, once within 5 minutes of arrival and once at 10:30 pm. Security guards were everywhere, even sitting poolside monitoring things which made us wonder why they had a need for security. On the last night we went down to the restaurant and there was one table of 6 seated and eating, a few people sitting outside, but an otherwise empty dining room. They wouldn’t seat us (just 2 people) because we didn’t have a reservation. The room was nice but there were some issues with it. The primary bath caulking was mildewed, there was a cracked panel on the door to the bedroom, the sink in the kitchen wasn’t mounted correctly, the LVP flooring had gaps. We still had a great time but we felt like this place was more like a hotel than a resort. Parking and the condos at South Wind just seem to be a better fit for us. It was nice to try something new but we now know we like predictability. Booking and check in/out with LBR was great as usual. It was just our property choice we were disappointed with.

This place was perfect for our family getaway! The condo is beautiful and right on the beach! It offered all the amenities, private resort, neat pools, afternoon music by pool with tiki bar, and just steps to the beach. The restaurant in building was very nice and delicious, very convenient to have it downstairs. This condo is in a great location, easy access to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. We would highly recommend this condo and would love to visit again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sight and sound of the sunrise and waves was perfection.The location was great, it was close to things, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. The amenities were fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach access. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins from the balcony.This condo exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it.

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

This rental property was amazing. It was clean, organized, and spacious. It was equipped with enough kitchenware and linens. Our favorite parts of this place were the variety of games, puzzles, and DVDs available. Although we didn’t go to the beach, there was enough beach furniture and a wagon to take with us if needed. This oceanfront condo had impeccable views of the coastline. The host was quick with responses and gave clear instructions for checking in/out. Overall, we definitely will be staying here for future family vacations.

The property looked exactly as the pictures. The condo was clean and the resort was family friendly. We had no trouble getting to the beach and pool. Only down side was the parking garage, it was very tight and sometimes we would have to let everyone out before parking to not hit walls or other cars with the doors.

Very peaceful and quiet place, had everything they promised, loved the fact that they have onsite security! Definitely an improvement from South Ocean Blvd! The building it self was clean and tidy, lots of staff taking care of any issues that arose. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations, it is pricey, but it is a nice place to share with multiple families.

If you are looking for unobstructed ocean views, then this property is perfect. It was spacious and well appointed. Being on the sixth level made it very easy to unload our baggage and groceries. It’s in a quiet location in a neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Island vista, but first with this property. We had the best time! We love this location and will be back next year. We plan to rent this unit again. However, the fridge could use a replacement as it leaked from the freezer into the fridge and a water/ice machine would have been nice. Alerted MGMT and they will take care of it. Some minor cleaning issues, but I am very much picky when it comes to cleaning. I cleaned the doors around the handles of the bedrooms as there were stains of unknown substance. The view cannot be beat. The chairs and wagon in the closet is awesome! The weather was freezing most of the week, but the pools are very warm and our kids had a blast! We can't wait to return!

Love everything about this condo and Island Vista. For the condo, it is very spacious and nicely furnished. Good size TVs in the different spots---everyone had their space. The kitchen is large and well stocked! It was nice to have extra plates and cups and be able to have skillets/pans/utensils. Bedrooms were very comfortable and nice that had a bathroom for each. Master connected to the balcony. Liked having hard surface in the living room but carpet in the bedrooms. Sixth floor was perfect---you can come straight from the parking garage (though make sure you are on the correct side, because it goes up to 6 on one side but not the other). Super easy check in (liked the code on the doors as it was easy for everyone to come and go). Balcony was fantastic--loved the rocking chairs! And perfect height---you could see down, but did not get noise. As to the resort...just great. As to the resort--beautifully landscaped, so close to the beach, and so comfortable (great chairs, shade if you want it, etc). Pools and hot tub were fun....weather was great but inside pool and lazy river were great for evening. Small workout room was functional (only about 3 people could be in there at a time), but it was close to everything. Bar area had good food for lunch (note, which they tell you on the menu, that they add 20% on any food) and breakfast was great at the Cypress Room (did not have dinner there). It was also great that there were kids activities and some spa services (though we did not do any of the spa services). Definitely will be back!

This place was very nice. The cookware were a higher grade than other places we stayed. They even had an air fryer. Everything was high end. My husband even commented on how nice it was. The beach was not very crowded. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Great place to stay. I would recommend it.

The condo was very clean and smelled great when we first walked in the door. We loved the giant TV in the living room. We loved even the smallest details. Whoever owns this property decorated it beautifully. We loved the pool area. The kids had a blast and so did we 😂 I just think its silly that if you book with vrbo you can't use a pool towel. Silly! That was stated though! My 5 year old said the pool was the best place of his life 😂

Location location location.... north of down town, but not so far you can’t get to where you need in minutes. We were very happy in this unit....this our second visit to Island vista... first time in this unit. We will be back! I recommend the dryer exhaust line be checked as clothes took long to dry and that is usually due to built up lint.... also the wood at the base of the living room sliding glass doors to the balcony is not secured. Also maybe mention the unit comes with a high chair and playpen... we might not have brought that from home if we knew the unit had it....and if you really want to go all out a cheap stroller would have been kinda awesome. No really this is a beautiful place! We will definitely be back!!!

I got all these in this rental. The oversized balcony was perfect to layout in the afternoon and to sit on in the evening eating dinner I whipped up. The location is a little off the main strip but I wanted a quieter scene. I was there off-peak so it wasn't very busy. I did order a delicious carryout order at the main restaurant at the resort one evening. The property was clean and as presented. I would visit again.

I recommend the dryer exhaust line be checked as clothes took long to dry and that is usually due to built up lint.... also the wood at the base of the living room sliding glass doors to the balcony is not secured. Also maybe mention the unit comes with a high chair and playpen... we might not have brought that from home if we knew the unit had it....and if you really want to go all out a cheap stroller would have been kinda awesome. No really this is a beautiful place! We will definitely be back!!!

The condo was immaculate. We felt very safe and comfortable. The heated pools and spas were very nice. Overall experience highly recommended with the exception of the garage. Its just so tight that passing another vehicle is difficult. I actually scrapped my front bumper on the wall. If it would have been busy season it would have been a nightmare. We may choose to stay somewhere else because of it which is a shame.

This beach location was quite nice. Way less crowded than down the street at the other hotels. The property was reasonably well maintained at the end of the summer season. The resturant onsite is quite expensive, but offers a good bit of food variety. The pools are nice and the beach is very well maintained and free of pesky crowds. Pay no mind to the previous complaints about pizza pans and tv input buttons. The TV's had smart apps and access to just about all channels needed. There was most definitely an input button on the remote and plenty of hdmi inputs to be able to plug in your own devices if needed. The Wifi was strong and speedy enough to stream video on 4 devices at one time. The sofas and master bed were ready for replacement. The bed was very worn and sunken in on one side and the sofas and chairs in the living room were the same. The rocking recliners resulted in a couple of us landing in the floor as they have a tendancy to roll over backwards, so it takes a bit of getting used to their center of gravity. :D My only real serious complaint was with the parking garage. That thing is a bloody nightmare. All the spaces are super tight and really meant for small cars. On top of all that the path up/down the garage is meant for only 1 car at a time so it can become a real problem if you meet someone in the middle and all the parking spaces are full. One last note: The room uses an electronic pin lock and therefore doesn't come with a key (which is handy), but this creates a problem if you are out after 11pm as they lock the building and it requires you to have a key card to get back into the building. In all I would recommend this for your next stay and would certainly consider returning in the future.

The property was fine but prior cleaning not thorough. Two of the three beds had NO SHEETS on them. Just a spread over the bare mattress. First time I flushed master bathroom toilet it overflowed. I called property manager and was told to find plunger and plunger out the toilet myself. That is NOT what a new tenant wants to hear. Ice maker didn’t work - my husband repaired. Electrical outlet in middle of carpet in living room floor was loose and stuck up and people were tripping over so my husband repaired. In future the cleaning and repairs need to be more thorough.

Loved everything about this unit from the cleanliness, room setup, kids toys, beach chair and umbrella, keypad entry, supplies available, location of the resort, and price. While we could see folks up around 70-76 Ave and down around 52-48 Ave the resort beach area was much less crowded. The resort’s pool setup was also good for all ages. I also liked the VRBO app and found the owner to be extremely responsive to any questions we had. This unit will definitely be our first choice in future vacations and we have stayed in more than 10 different resorts in Myrtle Beach over the last 20 years.

My family stayed in this condo the first week of June 2018. We LOVED it!! It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach so I did a lot of online research before booking. My parents and my two sons/wives/babies (9 and 10 months) all stayed--so 4 generations!! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Even though we had 7 people and 2 babies it never felt crowded as the open concept was perfect. We used the baby monitor, play and pack, and high chair for one of the babies. I think they even had a humidifier, but we brought our own. The armoire was loaded with toys, games, and movies. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedding and towels were upper-end hotel quality. I had the sofa bed and it was even comfortable. We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels that came with the condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. I really wanted a condo that felt like a hotel and Island Vista was perfect. It is located on a very wide beach with homes on both sides so the beach was never crowded. We all loved the beach there. The pools were beautiful and clean (beware of guests going down early to reserve the prime seats around the pool and in the grassy areas). I loved having the restaurant and tiki bar downstairs and the pizza was really good. Karla was great to work with although we had NO problems throughout our stay. We would return every year if Oklahoma wasn't so far. Myrtle Beach and this condo delivered. My family will always have great memories of our family vacation spent there. PS. Myrtle Beach has something to offer everyone. It is very family/kid friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I along with our two daughters (ages 1 and 5) had a wonderful week staying at this rental. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and this was definitely our favorite so far. I really felt like we were staying in someone's home rather than someone's rental unit. The decor was tasteful and nice, and perhaps the first beach rental we have stayed in that didn't have the stereotypical beach- themed decor. :) The kitchen was well-equipped from plates, cups, and utensils to appliances, dish towels, and paper towels. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with fluffy towels. So many extras like beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, garbage bags, hand soaps at every sink, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.! The keyless entry was very convenient especially when visiting the beach and pool. The cart provided to transport belongings was so helpful for packing/ unpacking the car and for groceries too. Parking in the attached garage was easy and convenient. We really appreciated the care and attention to detail that Karla gave to not only the maintenance of her home but also the rental process. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Karla!

We have stayed at numerous places in Myrtle Beach over the last 40+ years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The owners have went beyond the norm to make sure their guest are comfortable. The beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and the crockpot made our vacation so much easier. Even if those amenities were not available, it was a beautiful condo. The keyless entry system was also a bonus. Did not have to keep up with a key! The owners couldn't have been easier to work with. I came to Myrtle Beach for the first time over spring break in early April 2014 with my teenage daughters and my mother-in-law. I was looking for a relaxing vacation on the ocean and it's just what I got and so much more! Karla was wonderful to work with, even when I complicated things by not deciding to visit until the last minute. She provided prompt responses to all my questions and we were in close contact throughout the process. The payment and check in process was so easy and we loved the keyless entry; it made it incredibly easy for everyone. The pictures of the condo reflect the location perfectly! In addition to being VERY clean and well maintained the comfort we felt for the 7 days we were there was exactly what I was hoping for. The balcony over looking the ocean was an important factor in our search for the perfect condo. My mother in-law has MS and walks with a cane so it was very important for us to have a comfortable place where she could enjoy the sound, smell and sight of the ocean. The furniture on the patio was very comfortable and in comparison to other condos I observed in this location it was heads and tails above the rest! The condo is large! There was 4 of us and there would have been plenty of space for a few more. The beds and linens were top of the line and the comfort of the eating and living area was great. I wanted to avoid anything with a hotel feel to it and we were successful, the furniture felt just like home! In addition, the comfort of the beds was great. We ate several meals in and the kitchen in this condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The pool areas were great for the kids and because it was chilly, the indoor pools were nice too. The one downfall was that the resort was gearing up for the busy season while we were there and there was only 1 outdoor pool open for most of our stay and the outside tiki hut bar/restaurant opened the weekend we left. In comparison to everything else, this was a very minor inconvenience. Also, the location of the resort on the ocean strip was great! Island Vista is tucked in a nice neighborhood and we felt very safe at this location. Our trip was extremely relaxing and we had an excellent time at this luxury beachfront condo. I would definitely recommend this to other Myrtle Beach visitors and if we are ever in the area again I will call Karla to check availability of this unit...it was an amazing vacation! Thank you again!

We came with our son and daughter-in-law and also two grandchildren and they had everything there for the beach and the condo was equipped with everything including toys for the kids to play with. Considering this was my first VRBO rental, I was very apprehensive when I began a search for a Myrtle Beach vacation rental. Our family - including two toddlers under 4 years old - have previously vacationed in OBX but decided it was time for a change that offered more family activities. I exchanged emails with Karla, the condo owner, who was very quick to respond with answers to all my questions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As previous reviews have stated, the pictures do not do the condo justice - it is large, clean and stocked with everything a family needs. The pool and beaches are amazing and were never overcrowded - mostly due to the resort being in a residential area. Our overall experience is indescribable - we will be back in years to come and hope to stay again at this amazing resort and beautiful condo. Thanks again (and the weather was perfect!!)

We stayed at Karla and John's condo the week of July 6-13, and it was everything we could have asked for and more. We had two families with four kids under the age of 3 1/2, and it was the most relaxing vacation! The kids loved having "new" toys to play with and we never felt cramped; the condo is very spacious. Everything is included and they have thought of everything! I highly recommend if you have small children! The beach at the resort is wonderful---not crowded at all; a nice touch when you're keeping an eye on 4 little ones! The pool area is fantastic---two outdoor pools and two indoor pools. We definitely hope to return; a fantastic location and a true home away from home. Thanks for having us!

We have been going to Myrtle Beach SC for several years and have stayed at various units at Island Vista. This one really feels like home. Most units barely have enough dishes, cups, pots and pans - this one had it all! We love the extra beach chairs and really appreciate having real beach towels instead of the pool towels that are provided there. My kids enjoyed the boogie boards and sand castle toys - in the past we have always had to buy those and leave them behind - so thank you so much. Very clean and well maintained unit - also love the seating on the balcony. We are going back next year!

This property was referred and recommended to me by a friend of the owners. Upon viewing the photos and detailed description, I knew immediately the condo was exactly what I was looking for. I arrived at the condo with 2 of my girlfriends, and we were extremely impressed with the size of the bedrooms, the quality of the furnishings, and how well the property was maintained. The balcony provided a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon siesta. The view of Myrtle Beach was spectacular. Karla was a delight to interact with. I would highly recommend this property, it will not disappoint!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the Island Vista Resort -- in particular our condo rental and our condo owners!! John and Karla are truly what made our experience so incredible and amazing! Yes, the resort was beautiful and yes the pools and 'tiki' bar were fabulous; however, everything provided by John and Karla from the beach chairs (and rentals also) to the towels to the kids toys to appliances, etc etc... is what made this vacation THAT much better! The owners are beyond helpful and prompt with any emails or questions. The condo itself was extremely clean. Anyone nervous about renting from a 'stranger' -- don't be!!! We had an excellent time while staying at Karla and Johns Island Vista Condo. We travel to Myrtle Beach several times a year, and this was an excellent stay. Their condo has soooo many things regular condos at Island Vista (or other resorts) do not. It is beautifully decorated and if you are traveling with kids, they have EVERYTHING. High chair, pack & play, sand toys, toys, too much to name. They also provide beach chairs and towels, which is a invaluable asset if you are flying in or trying to save trunk space. The kitchen is fully stocked, you feel just like you are at home. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect. Close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, but set in a residential strip of the beach, so the beach is not overcrowded. I couldnt help but look down the beach from our balcony at the areas where there are tons of hotels and be thankful I was not staying there....the beaches in the other areas were soooo crowded. Also Karla was very easy to work with, and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from them anytime, you will not regret it!

I stayed with a wonderful and loving family during my stay in this condo. A family asked me to come and watch their children while they took a family vacation. Being away from their home, I was a little scared there wouldn't be sand toys, amenities for the baby, pool toys, etc. John and Karla have this condo stocked for children of all ages. There was not a single thing missing. The condo was very clean, feeling like home away from home! The photos posted are good, but the real condo is way better than what the photos show. Karla and John have put a lot of time and work into this condo and I had an excellent experience while in Myrtle Beach and cannot wait to return back to this condo next year! Traveling all the way out from California with a four year old and an 17 month old, we were very careful in our selection of a place to stay and were convinced by the pictures and reviews that this condo would be great for our family. It did not disappoint and actually surpassed all of our expectations. The place was clean, spacious, and very nicely furnished. We had everything we could possibly need and we made good use of the high chair and pack n play. The beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony and the spectacular view. Island Vista was great and we all enjoyed the beach and heated pools. We had great vacation there and would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend it to anyone. Karla was also very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions for activities we could do with our young kids.

I treated my two children, their spouses and three pre-school grandchildren to a week at Myrtle Beach. The owners of this condo were very helpful in letting us know what amenities were available, etc. To my surprise, she even called the first day we were there to make sure we checked in and were finding things we needed. I have stayed in dozens of privately owned condos through the years. This was the best equipped I have ever found. Plenty of linens, cooking utensils, and even some baby equipment and toys. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The resort is beautiful and family-friendly. We expecially appreciated having wading pool and lazy river under roof so we could get the children out of the hot sun in the afternoon. My family has voted unanimously to return to this condo next summer. We will have four babies next summer. Can't wait!

I stayed at this condo from August 20th thru the 27th with my wife, daughter and her three children. We made a spur of the moment decision to take this vacation on the 18th. Karla was extremely easy to work with and very helpful by assisting me with completing necessary paperwork and providing all information by EMail. The unit was every bit as beautiful as described. It was clean and very well maintained. I have stayed at numerous places and have never seen a condo with as many amenities. My daughter has an 11 month old son and we did not have to bring anything for him. This condo had a pack and play, baby swing, stroller, high chair and more beach toys and boogie boards than my two grand daughters ever needed. The condo also has a beach tent for babies and 4 extra beach chairs and 6 beach towels. They also provide a beach wagon for hauling all these items to the beach. Karla and John also provide an umbrella and beach chairs from the beach service at the resort. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Myrtle Beach. This unit and its owners truly exceeded my expectations and provided us with a WONDERFUL VACATION.

This condo as well as its owners are second to none! When reading the description we instantly were sold on this property. But the funny thing is the description as well as the pictures do not do it justice. The unit was very tastefullu decorated and offered most any amenity that you can think of from large pots for steaming clams, great blender fort making frozen drinks (or milkshakes), to bakeware for eating in. Having a large family we were concerned it might be tight but that was not the case at all. It was very spacious! Island Vista is a beautiful resort which offers tons to do for people of all ages. We have children ranging from ages 1-11 and there wasn't a second that they didn't have something to do. There are several pools, splash areas and even a lazy river. We could bounce back and forth from the pool, to the beach and up to the room. There was live entertainment and an outside bar for the grown ups as well. The owners couldn't have been more accomodating, answering every question (and there were tons). I could go on and on! I would definately recommend this property to anyone who would listen, so much so we are hoping to rent this condo every year! Thank you for an amazing vacation that felt like a second home!

What a great trip! The condo had everything that we could have ever needed. From the kitchen appliances to the comfortable living area and more. We loved playing the games that were provided and appreciated that the linens were already there. The location was perfect and just a short drive from the main road. The view from the balcony was also breathtaking. We felt like we a boat on the water we were so close. Thank you for this amazing stay!

This condo was wonderful and looked just like the pictures! If you want a quiet, less-crowded, location for a stay this is the perfect place! Better yet, the amenities make it well suited for all ages - young children and teenagers too! The condo was very clean and included everything we needed from soap, shampoo, detergent, dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster - everything! The umbrella and two lounge chairs on the beach were amazing and such a pleasant surprise! The four beach chairs were really nice too - normally we take turns with the two chairs we own sitting on the waters edge and we didn't have to this trip! I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend/relative - as long as they don't want to go the same week as I do and reserve it before I can!

My family and I visit Myrtle Beach every summer for our vacation. We have stayed at this resort for the past 5 years. We are all in agreement that this unit was the best of all the others we've stayed in. This unit had everything you could possibly need for the week. Most units have very few towels, washcloths, dish towels, pots/pans, dishes, etc., but this unit was fully stocked! This was the first time we didn't have to go to Wal-Mart to purchase something we needed for cooking. More important, the unit was super clean! No cleaning required before we unpacked our bags. That was a first for us! The rental chairs and umbrella on the beach was a great bonus! Enjoyed that very much!! Karla was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering all of my questions! Needless to say we won't be renting any other unit at this resort as long as we can rent from John and Karla. We rented this condo for my sons 30th birthday. From the moment we walked through the door our family knew that we made a wise choice renting directly from the owners. Everything was a grade above your typical condo rental. The space was elegantly decorated and the owners extra little touches were bonus. The extra amenities the owners provided made for a stress free vacation. This was our third visit to Island Vista and our very best. My family and I stayed at this unit in the Island Vista. We arrived on Christmas Day and we found the unit to be spacious and nicely decorated. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. This unit has a beautiful oceanfront view with a great balcony! It snowed the second day of our stay and though the snow didn't stick, we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the snow fall on the beach. The kitchen of the unit is great and had everything we needed. There was also a large dining table, making it perfect for my family to have a nice Christmas dinner. When we weren't in the unit itself, we were enjoying the Island Vista pools and lazy river! There were indoor and outdoor pools and each of them were heated. The owners were very friendly and making the arrangements to stay at this unit couldn't have been easier! I will definitely stay at this unit again!

We recently stayed at this condo in the Island Vista Resort and loved it! The condo was very spacious with three well-appointed bedrooms and a full kitchen. The owners have thought of everything and included anything you might need during your stay. One of the days during our stay was rainy and so we enjoyed playing the board games provided in the condo. And even though it was rainy, we were still able to enjoy the indoor heated lazy river and pool. The Island Vista is in a great residential area of Myrtle Beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the large balcony...what more could you ask for? The owners were extremely easy to work with and we will definitely stay here again!

It was a short distance to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and the outlet malls.
