The place and location was great for our stay and accommodated our large group perfectly. We had a great time at the beach which is literally in the backyard and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We unfortunately broke one of the toilets and that we'd be down a bathroom but they came and fixed it right away. Communication was excellent and it was a great vacation.

We had a great time!!! Beach, pool, boogie boards and mini-golf; water park and go-karts. Hot weather, but the home had very effective central air conditioning and the pool and hot tub were quite comfortable without the added expense of heating.
We hadn't been to Myrtle Beach in 30 years and it was nice to see the old with the new. There's plenty to see and do, even if golf is not your forte.
Advice: pack some beach / pool towels and plenty of sunscreen. There's a nice supermarket just 1 mile away. Parents, money-saving tip: avoid the temptation to visit anything with "Dino" or "Sugar" in its name.
Lastly, nice airport just a few minutes away and you will enjoy being close on your arrival and departure days. Cheers!

We would book this house again. there were a few things that were minor that didn't affect our experience there but see the following items.1) a knife set is needed 2) the one dishwasher doesn't work3) handrail on the deck needs attention4) refrigerator in the master suite doesn't work5) master bedroom door doesn't close so it can be locked6) a lot of fishing hooks and line was left on the ground where we walk which we cleaned up7) could use more hangers in the closet8) a few extra kitchen towels9) clean the pool one more time during the stay and provide a skimmer that we could use to help keep it clean10) ice maker needs cleaned very bad, we did not use it - there was black stuff in it. 11) remove damaged items left behind from previous guests - beach chairs, rafts etc12) WIFI could have been better

What a perfect spot for college friends celebrating their 60th birthdays! We loved everything about this house on the beach. We spent countless hours in the pool, hot tub and walking the beach. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals onsite. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was spotless and perfect for the seven of us! Thanks for your hospitality!!!!

Excellent communication booking this home. Every time I called with questions before the trip, they are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When I would contact the host, I was answered within 24 hours.My family loved this home. It was great to be able to see the ocean right out the windows. We had 8 adults and a 1-year-old. The 2 large tables and plenty of chairs was more than enough for all of us. The couch was huge and we were all able to sit and watch TV if we wanted. We needed a crib and high chair and were able to get them from a company called Vacation Rental. They do not deliver to this area so we picked them up, it was about 15 minutes from airport. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. I paid to have them heated and they were on our arrival. Everyone was excited to either use them or walk to the ocean and swim. Under the house, there is a box that has all kinds of pool toys and MANY boogie boards. I wish I had known that before going out and buying them. I found that the sliding doors out to the deck were hard to open and close. I am 70 years old and had to have someone open them for me. I did report it and hopefully they will do something to make it easier. Other than that, it was everything we had hoped for. The elevator was a big plus to me. If we are ever going to do a family vacation again, this would be our place!

The house was awesome with stunning views of the beach.
Airbnb was very responsive to any concerns however the actual number listed for the host never responded to our text but Airbnb did.
The cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived but they did a great job.
The disappointing part of the house was the kitchen was not well stocked at all. Especially for a house that size. We ended up buying a few things while we were there.
The trash pick up was wrong on the site as it said weds / sat but they picked up Tues / Friday
Hot tub felt like it was heated and it was hot.
All that being said the house was great all in all and we would book it again.

Property was very clean. The location was magnificent. Beautiful ocean view. The only issues were a Sonos player that we had trouble hooking up, a gas grill with a broken ignition, and some of the outdoor porch furniture was still inside. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience.

The house is big with plenty of space for everyone. The living room area is open with room for the whole family to hang out in. We were there when the remnants from a hurricane coming up from Florida came through. Luxury Rentals was very good with staying in communication the whole time. They were very good to deal with. I would use them for a vacation rental again. The Market Commons is a shopping area close by that we went to often for food and entertainment. Although we did not go to the State Park, it is next door to the neighborhood. We would go back to this property again.

The location of the house and easy access to the beach was great. The beach in front of the house was private with only a few people near us - obvious renters from 2 adjacent houses. The house/furniture is quite dated considering the cost of renting this house, but we chose the house mainly for the location and number of rooms. Having a bathroom and tv for each room was a plus.... as was the pool, baby pool, & hot tub. We had 16 people and never felt crowded in the family room/kitchen/outside porch. Garbage was picked up 3'x during our week stay, which helped considering the number of people/garbage we had. We did have a few concerns at the beginning of our stay with small issues, but the rental company was quick in rectifying all of them to our satisfaction. I don't know if we'd rent this exact house next time if things weren't "refreshed" inside.....but we would definitely use the rental company to help find us something comparable.

The combination of the large house, the pool and hot tub, and being right on the beach was great. The house itself is very nice, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive up to the main drag in Myrtle Beach or down to Murrell's Inlet (where we bought fresh seafood). Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, although we cooked most of our meals at the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

On the negative side, it was difficult and time consuming to prepare meals because the cooktop works, but it does not heat properly. Took 2 days to get the wi-fi working and elevator operation instructions would be helpful.

We loved how quiet the beach was in front of the house and how convenient it was to go back and forth between the house and beach. The deck and outside seating area was a favorite. We had an issue with the ice machine and it was taken care of next day. Management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were a little disappointed upon check in at 4 that housekeeping was still there. We weren’t able to use the downstairs kitchen area until they left. And they seemed a little aggravated that we were there before they left. They didn’t leave until about 5:00pm. But overall the house was beautiful and clean and we had a great time.

Katie, i'm so sorry to see your review and issues you had while at the house but glad you enjoyed the house and your stay. We apologize that the housekeepers were still cleaning after your check in time but that has to mean they had additional cleaning to do to prepare the house for your stay. My son and daughter and their families enjoyed our week at this location. Given COVID we decided staying in one big house was a perfect option. Six kids (ages 1-15) and six adults. The week was marvelous! Having our own very nice pool-perfect! Beach time-great (very few people in our area on the beach). No going out to eat-marvelous kitchen! Handy to have two refrigerators and an ice maker. Plenty of supplies. Brand new grill-used a couple of times. Rental manager was very quick to respond to one ‘mid-week concern’. Loved it❣️

Lovely house in a great location right next to the state park so there was no traffic just quiet. The beach was beautiful. Too many positives to list. Only negatives were WiFi was spotty and elevator was difficult to operate. We did not want to leave and would go back with no reservations.

There are only houses on this strip of the beach, no high rise hotels or condos which explains why the beaches were not crowed. House was in very nice shape. The mattresses were just ok. Some of the mattresses had foam pads on them which made them more comfortable. Plenty of parking for large groups. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Highly recommend the heat if you go in the cooler months. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay at the Palms again.

We were four families, one from Chicago and three from overseas - 15 in total, 8 adults and 7 kids between 3-12. Things we liked about the house: 1) Location - right on an uncrowded beach. Can't be at that. constant sea breeze and the sound of waves. Pool if you want, beach if you want. Constant entertainment for the kids. 2) space - big house, big common areas, nice facilities. 2 dishwashers made it easy to clean up after so many people. Plenty of cooking materials, dishes, glasses, etc. Two queens in every room made it easy to fit a family of four in each room if you need to. 3) close to all the activities, but secluded enough that you can get away and relax once you come back to the house. We only had one car and uber'd everywhere. Muriells inlet, boardwalk, water parks, etc. I say the following with the note that even with any of these improvements you won't be disappointed you chose here. 1) could use more regular inspections – I think it gets constant use so lots of little things need fixing. Drawer handles pulled off, wallpaper peeling off in one bathroom, etc. just little stuff that would get caught if inspected. 2) Wifi – could be stronger, seemed week and not available in all areas of the house. 3) Outside table – they had two tables inside, but we love eating outside, but there was only one small table for six or eight if you squeeze together. Would have been nice to double that. 4) Hairdryers – I can’t imagine people steal these? Would be nice to have them in every room. 5) Alarm – seemed to go off a lot so include instructions on how to disable in the check in letter. Overall an amazing stay and you can’t beat the location and the house really is just lovely. If you’re debating
