The amenities that I would like to call out: kitchen supplies, the icemaker in the garage, the available shower when you come in from the beach and the huge covered porch, which allows you to get out of the sun, but keep an eye on the kids in the pool or at the beach. The location of the property was perfect. Close to supermarkets, walkable to the local Ben & Jerry’s yet close enough if you want to visit the boardwalk. The staff and instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff was very responsive.

We loved the house. We had 11 total aging from 3 to 62. The pool was wonderful, the location to beach was so close. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for all. Would love to come back

This really was an amazing property and is exactly as described! Very comfortably sleeps 20 people and the outdoor space was incredible. If I was traveling with a large group in Myrtle I would 100% stay here again!!!

Beautiful home with 5 star views right on the water. My large group was there to celebrate a milestone birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the deck are perfect and the kitchen/ living room area was a great central hub. There were a couple of minor issues and the hosts were able to communicate and resolve them for us which is incredibly important in my book. Thanks for a wonderful time!

All in all a great place to stay. A few minor issues that could easily have been resolved prior to our arrival, but didn’t take away from the overall experience much. Often times this can be the case when dealing with a property management company vs a personal home owner. The lack of knowledge of the property was readily apparent when we had issues with the hot tub. The property is advertised with a hot tub but then they require an extra fee to heat it. I would expect that the tub would be hassle free and heated the entire time, since we paid extra for it. Unfortunately we had to turn it on every day and wait for it to get up to temp, it would shut off every few hours. No instructions on how to turn it on, we just had to figure it out. Not a huge issue if you weren’t paying each day for it to be heated. Nice location though, quiet and direct access to the beach. Can’t say it’s a 5 star stay, but it’s close. It’s possible to do better but certainly could do worse.

- Optional hot tub heat available at $60 per day plus tax. The pool heat and hot tub heat are optional add ons and not advertised as included. The hot tub should be heated throughout your stay, you should not need to turn it on everyday. Looking back on our communication, I see that we reached out to you to see if the hot tub and pool heat were working properly in which you replied yes. Had we known it wasn't, we could have sent out our pool and spa technician. Please know we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions and concerns throughout your stay. We have a wonderful team available Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm, as well as an after hours team who is ready to address anything you may bring to our attention. Our stay was great. I had a group of special needs adults and they really enjoyed themselves. The home is as advertised and the views are gorgeous. There was plenty of space for everyone and we didn’t feel crowded. The pool was cleaned a few times throughout the week. The check in and check out process was easy and the host is very responsive.

Wonderful location on the beach. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group of 16. Beds were comfortable. I had to text the property manager a couple of times, and she was always quick to respond. A few minor things that would make the property even better: 1) house could use a deep cleaning, 2) a few newer pots and pans are needed, 3) it would be nice if the hot tub was included in the price of the rental. Overall, we loved it and are considering renting it again in the future.

Definitely needs to upgrade on mattresses & sheets (needs new mattresses & oversize sheets that fit)on the main level of the home! The WiFi needs a boost for the 22 people that can stay in this home, we did not have it for the 15 that was there during our stay. No WiFi in the bottom portion of the home & that's where all of our young adults hung out! Pool furniture needs upgrading as well! Price goes up each year but quality definitely went down this year!

We were very pleased with this beach rental. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed as well as the chairs and toys for the beach. The Ice machine in the garage is a game changer and the pool held all of us with floats with no problem. Any issues were dealt with by the owner immediately. The only improvement we can say may be a window air conditioner for the bedroom near the garage that gets hot at night.

The highlight is the very comfortable covered porch with a great view of the beach and plenty of seating along with the very inviting pool. Access to the beach was easy with the very short walk. Nice to have the shower and foot cleaner as you come back to the beach to keep sand from getting to the pool and house. The location is in between all the big hotels so the beach isn't overly crowded even on the 4th of July. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen and big dinning table. The layout is a little strange but going in and out side to get to some of the rooms was really no problem since the weather is so warm in the summer. It's a pleasure to head outside. Only thing I'd like to have had that wasn't there were some games for the kids and a griddle but there were plenty of jelly roll pans and saucepans to make anything work. Thank you for a great stay!

This was for my 50th birthday that is in October, we had such a wonderful time the pool area is amazing and we spent most of our time there the decor was beautiful in all the rooms, i liked the corkiness of the lay out of the house and how the bedrooms were, my only thing is i wish in the description that the bottem bedroom it said how it was laid out other than that was perfect and that truly wasn't an issue, the location was great ( i usually stay in surfside area) kitchen was well equipment, we definitely talked of staying next year

My only comment would be the pool although clear, clean and serviced appropriately did have broken glass tiles along the sides. These broken tiles could potentially cut a swimmer if the swimmer rubbed up against the tiles. But all in all the entire property was wonderful.

We had 19 people in our party, and thoroughly enjoyed this house! It was beyond what is described in the pictures! And very spacious! Large kitchen, updated appliances, and well stocked kitchenware! Beds were comfortable, and plenty of them! Pool was fantastic, and plenty of seating! Loved the deck, with its carpeted floor for the little ones, lots of seating and great view! We sat out on the deck a lot, perfect for our large family! I can't say enough nice things about it! Plan to look into booking it again for next year!

We have stayed in four different beachfront houses and this was definitely the best. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced. The house was clean and we loved how close we were to the beach. The pool is large and that was a great break from the ocean. Also, management was very responsive when we had a question or wanted to add something like turning on the heat to the hot tub. I would highly recommend Under The Sea to anyone who needs a house of this size.

You're right on the beach with a huge private pool and less than a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants. Some of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside or through another bedroom, but it was perfect for 3 families with a total of 10 people. They also came out within an hour on a Sunday to turn on the pool heat, which was great.

We had a multi-gen reunion and couldn't have been happier with this rental. The proximity to the beach made it so enjoyable too. The pool & hot tub were marvelous. Lots of chairs and lounges too. The kitchen is SO well equipped and with top quality products. The description didn't mention the 2nd refrigerator in the garage & the industrial type ice maker so those two additions were huge! The TV in the front room wasn't working. I called on a Sunday requesting someone swing by on Monday to fix and a maintenance person came by that day! Great property management service!

This house was amazing. The area and location was perfect. Secluded but close to everything. Hot tub and pool by the beach was such a great bonus. Teens loved the living space downstairs. House was very nicely decorated/remodeled and still had plenty of charm. We hope to come back some time. Huge house to accommodate everyone.

Clean property with great amenities. Perfect location. The beach access and private pool were amazing. The property manager was super friendly and communicated promptly. Easy check in process. The floor plan was a little different than advertised but a very minimal discrepancy :) enjoyed our stay and will be back. We got married on the beach and both sides of our family came to stay at the property and it was divided perfectly with the huge rooms. Everyone had their own space!

It is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Even though it is close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment we choose to stay in this year. The kitchen is has new appliances so cooking for 18 was no problem. We also used Door Dash which was quick and easy. We felt safe on the beach. Plenty of room to social distance. The pool got a little cloudy one day but the pool guy came as soon as we reported it. We are looking forward to another family vacation at this same rental next year.

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Great location, biggest pool on the beach for a private home, and we really enjoyed the cozy interior with a nice kitchen space. There is a ice machine in the garage which was handy. The back porch overlooking the beach was my favorite place to chill. I recommend not paying to heat the hot tub bs it never got very warm and we never got rhe chairs and umbrella for the beach that were promised. But overall, I’m a fan.

The rental was very nice and clean. The location was perfect and the check in and check out process were very good. When we rented it we thought it had 8 bedrooms, but that wasn’t really true. It has 3 bedrooms up and 2 or 3 areas below with several beds so if you need you own space —your own four walls - as a room just be sure to ask for the details. Outside of that, all was great!

This was such a memory making vacation with our family. I had my 75th birthday and the only thing I wanted was family time and memories. This rental property was the best . It was plenty big enough so no one felt crowded.There was'nt one thing we needed that was'nt there.blenders wine glasses toasters ect .It was very clean. the pool was clean and big and perfect.The beach was a min away , we made sand castles swam in the ocean ,walked the beach.Cooking was a delight. plenty of pots and pans ,dishes, great oven and stove and barbcue. What else can I say. It was perfect .Rode bikes , played in the sand and prayed together for a week , It just doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Thank you . We love this place called Under the sea. what a paradise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The renovated and open kitchen is gorgeous. Had everything we needed. Loved the washers/dryers and commercial ice maker in garage. Made good use of the supplied floats, beach chairs, and bikes. The back deck, pool and beach is where we spent most of our time. The large and nicely furnished deck and ocean view was constantly being used and admired. We’ve rented a lot of beach houses and this was the nicest, largest pool ever. The pool deck and pool furniture were comfortable and inviting. Hot tub worked great. This amazing outdoor space made 20 of us not feel so cramped. Plenty of room for everyone. The dining room table and island were ample seating for us all. One gotcha is the bedroom configurations. After reviewing the floor plans and talking to the rental company, we knew what to expect and were not surprised. It worked out well with our large group. 2 other items regarding bedrooms. That garage bedroom was hard to keep cool during the day (maybe work on the vents or use blackout curtains). And the makeshift garage bedroom bathroom should not count as a bathroom. Luckily we had 2 skinny girls in the early 20’s. Only skinny would fit there. Again, it worked for us but - with no pictures available on the website - is quite a shocker. Even knowing this, we would rent it again for the covered deck, pool and unreal ocean view! Beautiful house!!

This house has been recently renovated making the kitchen, dining room, and living room all open. Everyone could be together even the cooks. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a huge gas grill outside.This house comes with 2 washers and dryers and an ice machine in the double garage. There are 4 bikes to use and 2 chairs and an umbrella are set up every day on the beach right in front of the house. This house is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions; yet it is in a residential area, so it’s seems very private. The house was clean and well maintained. When we called about the lights not coming on at night in the pool there was someone there within 30 minutes. Can’t go wrong with this beach house rental! It is absolutely awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never come to Myrtle Beach in the fall but wanted to come celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary bringing our children and grand children. The house was amazing and had plenty of room for all of us. We felt right at home, enjoying the kitchen and meals around the big dinning room table. The grandkids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beach and the views. We hated to leave and would love to make this a yearly trip.

This house was more than we expected and the photos do not do this place justice! The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the grilling area next to the pool was very convenient. The large decks are wonderful for watching the waves with your morning coffee, we even saw dolphins! We only had to call the management company once and they were wonderful to work with. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation and we cannot wait to come back again next year! We highly recommend!
