We had fifteen 60 year old golfers and this property was perfect. Stunning views, spacious, clean and close to everything. 7 BRs each with it's own bath. Updated kitchen, amazing backyard with 2 hot tubs and a pool. Couldn't have asked for a better property, Communication with property manager was really good. Always a quick response to questions. Very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing family time staying in such a beautiful beachfront home! We had plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, an amazing pool area with new shelter and bar and a short walk to the beach which felt like it was all ours.

This house is perfect. Has everything you need and plenty of space. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Pricey but worth it.

Overall I’ll give this property a 5 star. The view, location, and structure setup of the house is unbelievably beautiful. It’s was amazing to have a large covered porch, private pool and hot tub and direct access to a private beach. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony. The rooms are spacious and spaced out nicely for multiple families staying. The matter was are pretty dated and the springs are very squeaky. While the bathrooms were very clean, they were pretty outdated. Linens were nothing special considering there is an additional charge for a linen package. There was one dish towel and one hand towel for the powder room. Bathrooms had an average amount. Bedding was minimal. Bring extra blankets if you get chilled easily. The kitchen was beautiful and very functional. It had an awesome ice machine which was wonderful for large groups. During our stay we found ourselves running the dishwasher 1-2 times per day because the dishes were minimal and hardly supported a large group. There was not a usable broom/vacuum so our group went and bought one for the house. Now for the outdoors... the grounds we felt were somewhat neglected. If a chair has been broken the maintenance staff just placed it under the house we’re it was visible. The pool dolphin fountain doesn’t work which we found out through a maintenance call. The tile on the pool could use scrubbing and the grounds could just use some sprucing up. There was trash as well as lots a cob webs along the fence line. When the mowing crew came (at 7am) they blew the grass clipping toward the pool and did not skim them out.. overall, this is a 5 star property as we didn’t let the small things bother us during our stay. The view, amenities and location out weighs the little details. We were also at the property during Hurricane Ian and we felt that the structure was built very well and kept us safe. :) we will be back!! I just felt like it needed a thorough review.

We had a great vacation with the kids and grandkids. The house was very spacious and clean. Everything worked, pool heat, appliances, hot tub, etc. The location was great. As the beach is restricted to residents of Long Bay Estates, it wasn’t crowded which was nice. If we go again, we would definitely look to rent it again.

This house was a perfect getaway for my family. It is located in a quiet/less crowded area of the beach, but close to restaurants and activities. The house is well designed and very functional. We would definitely stay here again.

14 adults from all over the East Coast areawho have been friends since college reunited for our 50th reunion in this absolutely lovely beachfront home. It did not disappoint. It is right on the beach with a lovey private pool and hot tub. Bedrooms had plenty of storage. Bathrooms were clean with ample towels for a week stay.
The kitchen was roomy, but could use more large size pots. Cooking for a large group was a bit difficult with the limited equipment, Having a crock pot would have been ideal. Nice to have a pantry for storing all the food. Only 2 kitchen towels provided. Please note that in your “what to bring” list.
TV wires had been incorrectly connected. Almost missed the football game. Porch furniture could use an upgrade. Pool furniture is not as pictured. Lots of seating in the living area and enough space for 14 to eat inside or out.
We had a great time together in this beautiful house.

The place was near perfect!! Amazing view of the beach. The dryer wasn’t working and they had someone out to fix it right away. The property manager was very helpful and checking in was extremely easy.
Home was in fantastic condition.

This place is amazing, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The views are incredible and we even saw dolphins from the deck. We came with our kids and had a total of 16. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and the pool area is awesome! We truly loved this house and cannot wait for a future visit. Highly recommend Oasis and Luxury Beach Rentals!
